1 /5 Diana Lopez: GLADYS WHOM I BELIEVE IS THE HAIR SALON OWNER DID MY HAIR. I MAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER AT 4:30 AND 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT SHE TEXT ME SAYING SHE WILL BE LATE. SHE DID NOT ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PAST 5. SHE STARTED DYEING MY HAIR. IT TOOK HER 6 HOURS TO DO MY HAIR AND THE COLOR WASNT RIGHT, THE OMBRE I WANTED WAS HELLA UNEVEN. SHE HAD ME COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. ANOTHER 4 HOURS TO FIX IT BUT STILL MY HAIR WAS SO UNEVEN. SHE CHARGED ME $200 DOLLERS THAT WOULD INCLUDE THE HAIR CUT, HAIR COLOR AND HAIR TREATMENT. SHE ENDED UP NOT GIVING ME THE TREATMENT BECAUSE IT TOOK MORE TIME THAN EXPECTED, AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT. I DIDNT EVEN ARGUE ANYMORE I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS SALON.
