1 /5 Ari: I came in to get my hair colored a light brunette and an extra fee to straighten my hair. After drying my hair, I noticed it was 3 different shades. Horrible work. (The woman doing my hair was also coloring her own hair in the salon at the same time. I had to continuously remind her when it was time to wash my hair out. Very unprofessional). I agreed to come back the following week for a color correction. I was told to wash my hair as soon as I got home and to wash several times before coming back. I come the next week and had to get a dark brunette, almost black to cover the 3 colors. She wanted me to pay again for a straightening service after asking me to wash my hair out the week prior. I refused to pay for a service I already paid for and she rudely tried to kick me out.

You never know who has an appointment but is frustrating when youve been waiting for an hour and you see people walking in and they get their hair done first. TERRIBLE DOWN SIDE IS THE LOUD MUSIC. This place is not a nightclub but the music is LOUD LOUD LOUD. This is annoying...

1 /5 Xavy31prieto Prieto: Do NOT come here these people are incredibly rude and do not take accountability for their actions. This is highly irresponsible and disrespectful. They show no remorse in messing up hair when I called the place they gave me attitude and telling me I’m the issue these people are disgusting people.

1 /5 Diana Lopez: GLADYS WHOM I BELIEVE IS THE HAIR SALON OWNER DID MY HAIR. I MAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER AT 4:30 AND 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT SHE TEXT ME SAYING SHE WILL BE LATE. SHE DID NOT ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PAST 5. SHE STARTED DYEING MY HAIR. IT TOOK HER 6 HOURS TO DO MY HAIR AND THE COLOR WASNT RIGHT, THE OMBRE I WANTED WAS HELLA UNEVEN. SHE HAD ME COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. ANOTHER 4 HOURS TO FIX IT BUT STILL MY HAIR WAS SO UNEVEN. SHE CHARGED ME $200 DOLLERS THAT WOULD INCLUDE THE HAIR CUT, HAIR COLOR AND HAIR TREATMENT. SHE ENDED UP NOT GIVING ME THE TREATMENT BECAUSE IT TOOK MORE TIME THAN EXPECTED, AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT. I DIDNT EVEN ARGUE ANYMORE I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS SALON.
