1 /5 A rossie: PLEASE DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. Worst hair service and customer service Ive ever recieved. With Yolanda youll get a 1 size fits all; Ive never had a stylist not ask about size of highlights, part, or tone. She decided everything for me. Eventhough I can speak spanish she CHOOSE not no communicate with me. Went in to get my roots touched up. Walked out with ORANGE roots ( Yolanda said she would tone it. she used a permanent hair color and LIFTED ALL OF MY ROOT without asking), inconsistent highlights, areas all over my head that are missing highlights, over processed hair, and headache that has lingered for 4 days (fever one the 3rd). I tried to respectfully discuss that I did not like my highlights THE SAME DAY. Yolanda, the stylist, rolled her eyes at me and said she did a great job. Today I asked for a refund both her and the manager refused saying their service was great. I got professional consultation from two salons. One salon said it would take 6 HOURS of color correction to fix my hair. The other salon said they would have to work for 3hrs to TRY and correct color nd get even highlights. I will not be able to have ash blonde hair anymore because Yolanda decided to use a warm toned dye for my roots. BOTH salons agreed my hair is over processed and can not be touch for a minimum of a month or risk breakage. Yolanda wanted to correct my hair today meaning that she was not satisfied with her work and that my hair would of broke off if she did anything to it. THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.
