She is meticulous with hair treatment and color, using the best products and dedicates her entire time with you vs other stylists who works on other people’s hair while your hair is processing.
She asks questions and gives you choices to help you decide on a hairstyle when I am wishy washy, which is often, and will let you know what hairstyle will look better on you based on your face shape, trying to describe or demo what it will look like for drastic cuts that I dream of having.
She is intuitive and will ask you questions if she senses there is some ambivalence in your voice - I always envision short hair but chicken out at the last minute - she supports you all the way.
Not only professional and an expert in her craft, she is so great to speak with, empowering, fun and positive.
She has an assistant Annabelle who is so sweet and offers a drink, helps with your hair, and like Nancy, very approachable.
After getting my hair done, she takes pictures (before and after) and makes me feel like a model LOL!
She is worth every penny and I always get compliments on my hair after she styles me up! I let everyone know about her and will not go to anyone else ever again!
