2 /5 Gagan Kaur: Cute salon, everyone is friendly, maybe I went on a packed day but my stylist had food delivered and was hungry so wouldn’t go back and cut my hair shorter even after requesting it a few times. I wanted a lot more shorter layers. Still decent and I felt bad she was hungry, offered to wait but it was a fine haircuts nothing memorable. Go either before lunch or later way after lunch so stylist isn’t hungry!

5 /5 Josephine Tolentino: Renèe A. Is a GODSENT hairstylist and I don’t know what I would do without her!!! If you have anxiety going to salons like I do then she is the stylist for you. She is down to earth and the kindness person ever. I met Renèe at the salon and she took me in as a client with open arms for extensions after going to a different salon that cut my hair super short. I have been to many different salons for years and I felt like I could never get what I wanted. Renèe has changed my whole hair game. She really listens to what you want and never fails to make yourself fall in love with your new look. Her vibes are unmatched to anyone else I’ve ever gotten my hair done with. I am super comfortable when consulting with her on what I want to do next with my hair. She is also very responsive to all messages and cares so much to work with your schedule. Booking with her was the best thing I ever done and I am so happy to have her as my stylist I can’t wait for many more hair dates with her! She will deliver all your hair goals!

For the first time ever, I feel like a hairdresser truly understands my hair type, my hair health, what type of service I would like done, and DELIVERS! Her talent is unmatched and every time I leave the salon after having my hair done by Paola, I feel so beautiful! She has a way with making you feel welcomed and pampered. 5 /5 Meliza Ramos: I am so glad I found Reneé at Nine to Five Salon in Hayward. I go to her for all of my touch ups, balayage, haircut, trims, toner, etc! She is the sweetest, friendliest, and funniest person I have came across. I’m a very shy person but every time I’m in her chair she makes me feel extremely comfortable and we always have a blast. Reneé brought back my frizzy dried hair back to life making it healthy and silky. She never fails to make me look beautiful. I love that she is very informative and on how to take care of my hair, and has recommended me wonderful products. She is very patient and pays attention to what I ask for! I always leave her chair with such beautiful luscious hair that always excedes my expectations! I completely trust Reneé with my hair because she is the best at what she does!

Syd B: I was a faithful customer for a couple years and I felt Laura did an overall good job in the first year. There were only a couple times when my hair did look flat or not the pic I shared with her but for the most part she was pleasant until the last three times I had appointments. I finally decided I cannot go back especially when she at times switches the times of appointment or doesn’t return phone calls. What I didn’t appreciate the most was the fact that although I always booked with her particularly, she didn’t communicate that an inexperienced apprentice would do my hair instead of her while I paid the full price for an experienced professional (her) just so she could save time and profit more. Not acceptable. No communication. No courtesy. So the apprentice cut too much and didn’t speak or understand English. Not helpful. This is unprofessional. If I wanted a novice i would go to Supercuts and pay a third. Laura didn’t seem to understand why I preferred her. It’s not rocket science. Getting a haircut for me is a luxury. I only do it every 3-4 months. I don’t want someone botching it up. It’s so silly to do the aforementioned. Unprofessional. I thought Laura was different but she’s not. I prefer someone who actually is conscientious and someone of their word. A customer should be appreciated and treated well. That’s how u succeed. Money isn’t everything.

Ari: I came in to get my hair colored a light brunette and an extra fee to straighten my hair. After drying my hair, I noticed it was 3 different shades. Horrible work. (The woman doing my hair was also coloring her own hair in the salon at the same time. I had to continuously remind her when it was time to wash my hair out. Very unprofessional). I agreed to come back the following week for a color correction. I was told to wash my hair as soon as I got home and to wash several times before coming back. I come the next week and had to get a dark brunette, almost black to cover the 3 colors. She wanted me to pay again for a straightening service after asking me to wash my hair out the week prior. I refused to pay for a service I already paid for and she rudely tried to kick me out.

Reynaldo Nunez: Been going here for 30 years, the staff is suoer attentive, and my own child loves the care here. Would recommend 100/10 and has many options besides just hair cutting. Layering, shampoo and conditioner care, consulting. Its too good to pass up for its price.
