1 /5 willis higdon: My mother inlaw has been here for less then 2 days and waited 3 hours for water and when it did come there was spoiled milk in it. Asked from assistance to use the restroom and 3 hours later still no one to take her to the rest room.

1 /5 Linzi Alexander: APS was filled and state confirmed that my mother was being neglected. Meds were not given, she was not being changed, her hair was matted , they were going to charge me $60 to cut her nails. The dr or myself was never notified of any physical or mental health decline. They tried discharging her to go home knowing her abdominal was distended and hard knowing she was confused.

1 /5 Jennifer: whatever you do , DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE ! i been behind these doors for about two years ! these “administrators “ don’t give a abt anybody but the money . they don’t treat these residents with respect. food is horribleee !

1 /5 Thomas Hester: Went to the front desk and was ignored by woman typing on her phone. Went to the next desk and I could have been invisible. The staff here is either so self-absorbed or too incompetent to deal with stressed out people concerned about their loved ones. Amazing you havent been closed down yet.

1 /5 Vanessa: The nursing staff has shown absolutely horrible bed side manner. Rude, short and very irritated. Leaving residents in soiled briefs for 30+ minutes. When I asked the staff their name, she declined to tell me. So sad to see the way they speak to the residents of this facility. The occupational therapists are amazing. Only smiling faces in the staff that we’ve seen!
