Stacia Erckenbrack: I’m hoping that they improve their emergency response. I know they help a lot of people in their counseling sessions, but when it comes to triaging people that are a danger to themselves and others, they let them walk even after the doctor the sheriff and everybody family is screaming at them, even after somebody attempts to kill them self literally Cutting their wrist they will let them walk only an hour and a half after their stitched up. Truth(both wrists): No oversight. They are in charge of theirselves. Horrible and dangerous waste of time and money even having them come in to triage the patient

Dawn Romani: Outpatient GI procedures. Everyone treated me great and had good bedside manners. Patiently answered my questions and concerns and I did not feel they were in a rush to get to the next patient. My results were shared before I left, and pictures were included in my paperwork. I would recommend and not hesitate to have them treat me in future.

Teresa Mills: Another fine experience at Adventist Health Sonora. They must be doing something right for every employee to be so nice and professional. Dr. Schultz is so very exact on every aspect of his exam and puts out the referrals immediately to get the answers. This year marks ten years since I started seeing him and he gets better and better! I never remember to get pics while I’m there, so here are some old photos instead!

Sharon Barker: This clinic is pretty good. It has gone downhill since being taken over by Adventist Health, but I still will give high rating for the Doctors and office staff. They provide the best treatments they can within the corporate bureaucratic milieu. They offer consistent and compassionate care to people who wouldnt have any options in Tuolumne County. It is hard to find anyone that accepts Medi-Cal with the mountains of red tape required in this Brave New World".

Bruce Lodge: The operations and policies of this clinic are poor at best. Dr. Lo however is really good. Ive listed her as my Primary Care Physician since 2013. When she left her previous practice in 2015 (+/-) I followed Dr. Lo to this provider clinic. None of this history matters to those running this program. Today I was told that I was now considered a "new patient", that Dr. Lo was not accepting any "new patients" and I would therefore be scheduled to see their new PA. It was explained to me that I had not seen Dr Lo since 2016, therefore I had lost my "current patient" status. It was never explained to me prior that in order to maintain active status I would need to see her at least once a year. The reason I have not seen Dr Lo is because Ive been healthy enough over the years to not need her care for any significant or chronic health conditions. My only needs for a doctor have been relatively minor emergent conditions that warranted immedite care. When Ive called for an appointment (at least 6 times over the last 3 years) Ive been told every time that it would be 7 - 10 days before they could take me. Which, in the case of one-off illnesses, minor sports or work injuries etc does me no good. So I would go to the local Adventist system prompt care and be seen within an hour or two. So... in order to maintain ones "current patient" status you need to see their doctor at least a couple times a year, but they will make it next to impossible to get you an appointment within a time frame that will actually benefit the condition you need to see a doctor for. If you are chronically unhealthy and need to been seen regularly, your good. If you are really healthy and rarely need to see a doctor, they may toss you at their first opportunity. It appears they are trying to build the patient load of thier new Assistant or PA or whatever he his. If youre cool with something less than a real Doctor, go for it. Otherwise, good luck seeing a real Dr. through this provider.
