1 /5 Sherry Ferreira: I do not know how this dr has such a high score.. But my experience yesterday was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. He made me feel unwelcome, and I left crying so much. I was in such disbelief that a provider even would think to treat someone this way. His staff is absolutely amazing. I loved them! And he was recommended by a few people. But my experience I would rate 0 stars if I could. If you hate your job that much, retire. But do not treat people this way.

1 /5 Bunny Rabbit: Goodness there is a Big sign hanging in front of Doctor business, saying Dr Roy Chan, is accepting new patiences. I have been trying to get through and left messages and no one calls me back. I must move forward and look for another physician and people that answer their phones and take it seriously that you need to see the doctor. Note: why even put a big sign up that this doctors accepting new patients when its false advertisement??

5 /5 Eric Prado: I’ve been going to Dr. Chan for a while and I would recommend him to any of my family members; he is a kind, thorough and truly a Physician who cares, he always goes the extra to make sure anything that I need is taken care of, he’s called my insurance and really has went the extra mile. Working in the medical field it’s hard to find a doctor who is kind, caring and thorough. 10/10 would recommend

2 /5 Jane Cisneros: Communication is key. Follow up and time management very poor. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. We waited 7 months for a test to be ordered. Office visit wait is over and hour past appointment time.

5 /5 Rebecca Rivera: Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. He explains everything, is very courteous, takes time during appointments, and doesnt make you feel rushed. Gagan is amazing too! She made me feel so comfortable and is so personable. I definitely recommend coming here.
