5 /5 Emma Morena Aguilar: The Doctor Contreras is great. He is a bilingual Doctor which is amazing for all the Spanish speaking patients. The staff is very polite but could be a little better in not taking too much time to help the patients.

1 /5 Veronica: Lady in the front to old for the job in the clinic she offers bad customer service and she is not even organized with the patients waiting list. I had my appointment at 9:00am I been waiting for a dam hour. I don’t understand why in the world this clinic gives appointment if they don’t have no respect ✊ for my appointment time. I came in with appointment and the lady in charge of calling the patient call first the people who came in with out appointment. So what’s the point of getting an appointment if this employee don’t care about my appointment. Not coming back don’t think you are the only clinic here in Tulare.

1 /5 Nathan Southard: It was my first time walking in, show them my insurance card and ID and sign in and after that they said they will check my insurance to see if they take it, 5 minutes later they tell me they do. So now I’m waiting to be seen with about 6 people ahead of me. LITERALLY 1 hour later they call my name and tell me since I’m a first time patient I have to pay $140 and every time after that I have to pay $90. I told them no thanks I’ll go to Visalia clinic where they don’t make me pay they just charge my insurance. Not sure what kind of scam they pull but to make me wait an HOUR just to tell me it’s $140 just to be seen is so far beyond unprofessional I couldn’t believe they wasted more then an hour of my time.

5 /5 Tiffani Jones: I love Dr. Contreras and all his staff they have always tooken good care of me.Ive been a patient for over 8 yrs now. The wait is long but thats because he takes his time to listen to you and figure out whats really going on a quality thats hard to find.

1 /5 Kim Frost: I can never talk to anybody here. They put you on hold and never come back to phone. Its very Frustrating because they let there faxes for prescriptions pile up than act like it was never sent. Than Im having to call CVS than back to calling them and being put on hold for 5 mins than hung up on.
