1 /5 Jennifer B: The referral person named Elizabeth never called me to inform me that i had been scheduled with a neurologist on 2/13/24. I only found out by going to an appt in 4/4/24 where they gave me the package for me to call to have it scheduled. I called and they said they sent the referral back to Elizabeth because they couldn’t see me. I have called and left 4 messages and 2 times talked to other staff and they would forward her the message to call me back. She is very unprofessional to not call back to inform me what is going on. My migraines are bad and she is the worst assistant in the office.

3 /5 Kelly P: Good PA. Good medical assistants. Really under staffed so very long wait times. This place is in dire need of maintenance...dirty floors, broken blinds, damaged walls. Whoever owns it, the doctor , I assume, needs to put some money into it. Really bad.

Corinna Huish: My son was sent there in October, 2024. We were there for 5 days. The first 3 days in the PICU were fine. The nurses were very helpful when I would head to the cafeteria for breakfast and dinner. The last 2 days were spent on the main floor. The nurses there were horrendous. Suddenly, I was not allowed to leave the room to get food. They would not bring me food so I spent 2 days eating the scraps off my childs plates. I would push the call button to ask them for water or to ask when my child was gonna get his medications or food and it took them hours to respond. I had to drink from the sink more than once. There werent even cups in the room. Eventually, I had to open the door and start calling down the hall. The nurses were not nice. They acted like we were annoying them. The doctor didnt even bother to come visit us and talk to me UNTIL we were being discharged. I would never go to this hospital willingly. If youre a parent, prepare to be ignored and dismissed. And prepare to have your children be treated like they are inconveniencing the nurses. Now, they keep calling me because they want me to drive 3 hours to them for a follow-up that they can do over the phone, and Ive been ignoring them while we wait for our local appointment to come up.

Fable Facio: LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!! I had a really bad sore throat and went to get tested here. Sat in my car for over 2 hours for the testing and results. The nurses who took care of me were nice but, while waiting a nurse came out and went to get in her truck. She swings her door open, hits my car, looks at me and drives away. The doctor wrote down what happened and I told them just to tell her to be careful next time. Then my results came back and they said nothing came back positive and to just take Tylenol or ibuprofen and sent me home. They called me two weeks later, after I had gotten better and confirmed that I had strep throat and offer to approve me for medicine. Another time I came here again for a check up on a procedure I had done. They said everything was fine but that they wanted me to come back for testing which I did not need nor want but they insisted so I said fine. I came in a couple days later got the test done and left. I found out a month later that my insurance was no longer working. So 3 months after that stupid test they call me to tell me about my insurance and I said I know but cant you just tell me my results over the phone and they said no. Then they charged me 165 dollars for that test that I didn’t even want in the first place. My problem with it is why didn’t they check my insurance before giving me that test and they are charging me money for a test that I didn’t even get the results of. I get that they want to make their money but very unprofessional. Some nurses are mean, the wait for appointments are months, and they just keep asking for random tests you don’t need.
