5 /5 Corey Cavanaugh: Well first of all wow how amazing and gorgeous and beautiful this place is including the staff I’m a brand new patient for this clinic and the first day I went I had to fill out a survey paper about my sexuality and shortly after I was seen and got sent to the room to see my doctor well long story short while I was waiting in the room I had to pee really badly I was kinda embarrassed to ask where the bathroom was so I accidentally not knowing right when my girl doctor came in I peed all over her but it was ok

1 /5 D M: If you are not Hmong, do not bother coming here. They prioritize their client care by that standard. I was treated kindly here by staff, but I did not receive good care. They do not follow up with any specialist referrals unless you call and push, I even had a very important medical diagnoses be completely overlooked and left out from my chart after it was reported on imaging by another specialist. I essentially viewed it myself and had to ask them to review my results again, only to find that although they confirmed I was correct, it still wasnt updated and the necessary specialist was not contacted to help me. If you want your health taken seriously, go elsewhere. If you just want a Drs note to get out of work, this might be the place for you.

1 /5 Fantastic 6: For some reason if youre Hmong and you come here, they always talk to you like they are so much better than you. Worse case sometimes, they try to make you look like the dumb one. Im not sure if they do this to other race, but I would only recommend this clinic as a last resort. There are better clinics elsewhere.

The online registration helps facilitate the process as well as the online check in option. 2025 and they’re still using masks, the level of detail is very much appreciated. All staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Best urgent care ever used. For me and my 9 year old daughter.

sunny kem: WORST CLINIC IN FRESNO. ALL THE RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS.. and I mean ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THEY NEVER COME BACK TO PICK UP THE PHONE. IT TOOK SO LONG I HAD TO DRIVE THERE JUST FOR SIMPLE GENERAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE ARE 3 MEXICAN GIRLS WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST. ALL OF THEM LITERALLY SITTING THERE TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER LAUGHING AND CHIT CHATTING. ONE EVEN WAS JUST BROWSING ON HER PHONE!!! FIRE THEM OR CLOSE DOWN THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC.

Bob Kernaghan: CCare is an excellent and well run service, and I am quite happy they are my treatment center . Their staff is well trained, helpful, and quite competent. So why not five stars? My provider is excellent, but she has to see so many patients, she has very little time to spend with each individual, and I know she would like to spend a few more minutes. I understand this is how modern medicine has to run to stay in business, but a person can wish.

I was told on the phone WEEKS ago that my insurance would be accepted here only to show up a half hour early as requested & then they don’t take it. A COMPLETE waste of time & now I’m going to have to wait to get in somewhere else. The lady at the front office was rude even on the phone when she called to move the appointment, but my husband & I moved our schedules around to make it work. She was rude in person as well & insensitive when she informed me of this insurance mix up & didn’t do anything to make it right. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional for this to happen. This is my first pregnancy & I am extremely sick & in desperate need of seeing someone. Seriously go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

A M: Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.
