5 /5 Elsie Yalitza Macias: We have had to use this urgent care on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions the process was handled exceptionally. The online registration helps facilitate the process as well as the online check in option. 2025 and they’re still using masks, the level of detail is very much appreciated. All staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Best urgent care ever used. For me and my 9 year old daughter.

5 /5 Triston Byrd: Leezel’s shift ended at 5. she learned that I needed an x-ray and stayed overtime in order to get me the x-ray i needed. i very much appreciate what she did. she’s a great employee and a boss ! very thankful to Leezel and the doctor that worked with me.

I only was she empathetic, but she went above and beyond With making Sure that I would get signed up with a plan that best fits my situation. Every time I go there, I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello from her in all the other team members is just a really great place to go and I highly recommend it to anyone to maintain their health. My husband and I received the best care and will definitely be back if we are in need of medical care after hours. The kindness of all the staff is refreshing and they went above and beyond to help us. An extra shout out to the young man who took my husbands blood pressure reading and finally got a good reading, you are so patient and kind. Thanks to all for the best ever urgent care experience of our life! You all Rock we wish you all a Happy New Year. The Davies

5 /5 Soch_Adventures: My son injured his finger and we had to be seen ASAP since his finger started to swell really bad. Thankfully the wait times arent horrible here if you set up an Appointment online! Leezel, cindy & the amazing team at AFC took very good care of my Boy & he is all set to start his healing process!!

I was told on the phone WEEKS ago that my insurance would be accepted here only to show up a half hour early as requested & then they don’t take it. A COMPLETE waste of time & now I’m going to have to wait to get in somewhere else. The lady at the front office was rude even on the phone when she called to move the appointment, but my husband & I moved our schedules around to make it work. She was rude in person as well & insensitive when she informed me of this insurance mix up & didn’t do anything to make it right. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional for this to happen. This is my first pregnancy & I am extremely sick & in desperate need of seeing someone. Seriously go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

A M: Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

Rachel R: I went in for my initial check up and to establish care. Requested a referral to a specialist. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to check the status of the referral. Turns out the doctor never submitted a referral. To top it off, I also did labs (again, establishing care, so these were routine lab tests) and had a telephone call scheduled to go over the results. The scheduled time came and went, and no phone call. I gave them 15 minutes and called the office directly only to be told that I need to reschedule and had to wait another two weeks.Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file (they missed it by one number) and the “appointment window” had passed. They can’t meet the needs of basic healthcare; seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the option, look elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

Katrina Jensen: Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their patients and have no empathy when it comes to the elderly. My mother had a fall last week and was in a lot of pain. We had a video call with Dr. Jaskeerit Purewal and she asked my mother what her pain level was. She told her a 9. The Dr. ordered x-rays and we took my mother the next morning. My mother was in so much pain she could barely walk so we requested a wheelcahir. The x-ray tech was surprised there wasnt a "stat" order to get the results right away especially because it was Friday morning and it was going to be a 3 day weekend. My sister and I called the Drs office numerous times to ask that they put a rush on the results and the Dr refused. My mother was in very bad pain all weekend and even though the results came back Tuesday morning (4 days after the x-rays were done) we still were not able to get the results till the next day when we went in for an appointment. We called multiple times Tuesday and asked for the results and no one ever called us back. My mother is 82 years old and has previous back problems (that are on file with this Drs office) and walks with a walker. When we went into the office for the appointment they acted like they didnt care. The Dr. again stated that in her "professional opinion" it wasnt severe even though my mother had stated her pain level was at a 9. It was like she didnt even read her chart or look at her history. My mother ended up having a fracture and nothing else was done for her. She stated to my sister that we could get a 2nd opinion if needed. She did not offer anything for pain or a referral to orthopedics. In my opinion she caused her patient harm physically and mentally for not helping her as she should and she violated her code of ethics. Stay away from this practice. I would have given a 0 star rating if possible.
