1 /5 Corinna Huish: My son was sent there in October, 2024. We were there for 5 days. The first 3 days in the PICU were fine. The nurses were very helpful when I would head to the cafeteria for breakfast and dinner. The last 2 days were spent on the main floor. The nurses there were horrendous. Suddenly, I was not allowed to leave the room to get food. They would not bring me food so I spent 2 days eating the scraps off my childs plates. I would push the call button to ask them for water or to ask when my child was gonna get his medications or food and it took them hours to respond. I had to drink from the sink more than once. There werent even cups in the room. Eventually, I had to open the door and start calling down the hall. The nurses were not nice. They acted like we were annoying them. The doctor didnt even bother to come visit us and talk to me UNTIL we were being discharged. I would never go to this hospital willingly. If youre a parent, prepare to be ignored and dismissed. And prepare to have your children be treated like they are inconveniencing the nurses. Now, they keep calling me because they want me to drive 3 hours to them for a follow-up that they can do over the phone, and Ive been ignoring them while we wait for our local appointment to come up.

1 /5 Ser: The waiting room sucks, I took my 5 month old who had a fever of 102 and a slight cough here. And I waited for over 6 hours to be called and nothing so I broke and went home with my poor baby. Doctors say to take babies to the hospital right away with such a high fever. I understand there busy but shouldn’t they prioritize babies under 1? This mom took her son in after me and he was around 8 and he looked fine and they got called in before this system is ridiculous.

1 /5 pooh see: I rarely leave reviews but I do not trust any doctor from here, as all that they’ve done is gaslight me into thinking I’m fine with zero help at all. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and my doctor has been no help. When I ask another doctor, they’ll promise to help and refer me to get tested but nothing ever gets done. I call and ask if I have any appointments or updates yet there’s never any follow ups or any consideration for my concerns. Everything I say seems to go right through them. By now, I feel like getting help wouldn’t benefit me at all now because I feel like I’m already closer to dying. Don’t become a doctor if you hate helping someone. It’s quite literally your role.

1 /5 Sabrina: I took my 7 month old daughter at 8:40pm because she had a fever with runny nose and cough. 2am comes around and I still have not been seen! I ask the RN what’s taking so long and his response was “there are other kids that are more sick so they have to get seen first” I’m better off taking my daughter elsewhere next time that won’t take 4+ hours just to get taken to the back to get checked out. I see all these other patients that came after me get seen, meanwhile I’m the one that’s been waiting so long before them!

1 /5 Umbhi Creations: I have never been so disappointed in a hospital until I took my son to the Emergency Room through an Ambulance. They put us in the waiting room after Triage which is fine I understand but the lack of empathy there with the staff and Security Guards is ridiculous! My son had a fever of 104 and was very fatigued and passing in an out after an hour of waiting I laid him down mind you hes 511 by the Security Guard bench because there was all chairs everywhere in the waiting room. The Nurses had no care that he was passing out told me to move him to the wheel chair and he couldnt lay down and the Security Guard told me he couldnt lay on that bench because the other Security Guard was going to sit on it. So ridiculous! My 13 year old son was so upset that he wanted to leave and we left. Shame on you Valley Childrens.
