Fable Facio: LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!! I had a really bad sore throat and went to get tested here. Sat in my car for over 2 hours for the testing and results. The nurses who took care of me were nice but, while waiting a nurse came out and went to get in her truck. She swings her door open, hits my car, looks at me and drives away. The doctor wrote down what happened and I told them just to tell her to be careful next time. Then my results came back and they said nothing came back positive and to just take Tylenol or ibuprofen and sent me home. They called me two weeks later, after I had gotten better and confirmed that I had strep throat and offer to approve me for medicine. Another time I came here again for a check up on a procedure I had done. They said everything was fine but that they wanted me to come back for testing which I did not need nor want but they insisted so I said fine. I came in a couple days later got the test done and left. I found out a month later that my insurance was no longer working. So 3 months after that stupid test they call me to tell me about my insurance and I said I know but cant you just tell me my results over the phone and they said no. Then they charged me 165 dollars for that test that I didn’t even want in the first place. My problem with it is why didn’t they check my insurance before giving me that test and they are charging me money for a test that I didn’t even get the results of. I get that they want to make their money but very unprofessional. Some nurses are mean, the wait for appointments are months, and they just keep asking for random tests you don’t need.

Kris: Dr. Avena was very kind when I met him. He was very calm and this was calming to me as well. I was quite nervous about the Carpal Tunnel Release surgery I was having but Dr Avenas staff and Dr Avena himself took that away. The ladies in the office were friendly, the room prior to surgery was comfortable with a nice big tv to watch to relax, and the surgery itself was a breeze. I was awake the entire time and never felt a thing. Everyone in the operating room was very calming and relaxed. There was a lady that hung out beside me through out the surgery, she was really great. All around a wonderful experience with Dr Avena and his staff.

Elsie Yalitza Macias: We have had to use this urgent care on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions the process was handled exceptionally. The online registration helps facilitate the process as well as the online check in option. 2025 and they’re still using masks, the level of detail is very much appreciated. All staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Best urgent care ever used. For me and my 9 year old daughter.

sunny kem: WORST CLINIC IN FRESNO. ALL THE RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS.. and I mean ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THEY NEVER COME BACK TO PICK UP THE PHONE. IT TOOK SO LONG I HAD TO DRIVE THERE JUST FOR SIMPLE GENERAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE ARE 3 MEXICAN GIRLS WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST. ALL OF THEM LITERALLY SITTING THERE TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER LAUGHING AND CHIT CHATTING. ONE EVEN WAS JUST BROWSING ON HER PHONE!!! FIRE THEM OR CLOSE DOWN THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC.
