5 /5 Susie Huang: Donna is very sweet, friendly, fast and attentive! I’m obsessed with how cute these turned out. She managed to fit me in for a gel manicure with extensions even though she had a full schedule. Will definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Carol Augustine: Donna provides the best manicures and pedicures on the planet! Her little shop is always clean and well-lit; she always uses a clean bag of utensils. When you arrive, she makes you feel welcome, ensures your comfort and personalizes your service without over-booking her time. Donna is friendly and efficient at the same time. A visit to Tip & Toe is worth the extra miles I travel since moving out of the area!

First Impression of San Carlos - San Carlos Heidi Dworetzky: I don’t have a problem with both branches I just don’t like the branch in San Carlos. I filed my own nails let’s start there. The lady didn’t understand me because of lack of communication. She was making them shorter and shorter but still filing them the wrong shape. Which I don’t have a problem finding my own nails. I do have a problem when they still don’t do it right after me showing them how to do one. Then they messed them up all over again. Which ended with me just taking the file and fixing it myself which I was happy to do. She had a extremely bad attitude. Saying the boss can take over and do them which I don’t have time for. Then I asked her to fix a toenail which would’ve required her to take the color off put acrylic on to make my nails look square and she just filed my nail in a circle and said OK all done. It’s clearly not square the one she was supposed to fix. Also she didn’t want to do cuticle oil they had it. But I was ready to leave. So I didn’t bother to ask. And had an attitude about it the entire time so I probably will not come back to the location in San Carlos. I will go to the one in Belmont where at least they are very pleasant.
Bellamy Nails - San Carlos Lisa: Diane is the best! She is friendly and meticulous and did a great job on my daughter’s nail art. She seemed to really enjoy producing a great result and making her customers happy.

The Silk Nail Salon - San Carlos ginger Silverman: Duc is a delight at fixing and taking care of my nails! I get many compliments on my nails both fingers and toes! I ask my friends to go just once and they are long time clients now!

Stone Foxx - Belmont Gaurav Krishnamurthy: Stone Fox is a fantastic spa with very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and very skilled. My wife and I went in for facials, and we both had incredible experiences. The facials were the best we ever had. Nicole and Tara were very detailed, communicated the regimen clearly and very skilled. Our skins feel fantastic after the facials and we look forward to being regular customers!
The Pedestal - Redwood City Valerie M Barnes: The Pedastal’s motto is no hair left behind. Dottie is a true master of her craft. I’ve been seeing her for years and I can’t say enough great things about her. The place is absolutely spotless. She takes great care of her clients and handles business. She always checks in and asks if there are any changes with your skin. She takes her time and is very thorough with her work.
Serenity Spa - Redwood City Travis Trail: Had a really great massage! It looks like this place is under new ownership, as the name changed and it has been repainted and redecorated inside, and my massage therapist, Linda, was new as well. She gave a nice strong massage. It was wonderful. She worked out some knots in my neck and upper back. Highly recommended!
Laurel Street Salon - San Carlos Gwen Cannon: Carrie, Carmen and Rosalie are finally back at The Laurel Street Salon! Very professional and following all CDC Guidelines. Expect to wear a mask, have your temperature checked, use hand sanitizer and fill out a Covid 19 questionare. Stations and chairs are sanitized after every use. So happy to have them back!
Sunshine9 - San Carlos Jessica Foran: My new favorite place to get a mani/pedi. Dao does meticulous work. Her foot and hand massage were outstanding. Reasonable pricing. I would call ahead and schedule to make an appt if you are looking to come with a friend to ensure there is enough staff to accommodate your services.
