    Heidi Dworetzky: I don’t have a problem with both branches I just don’t like the branch in San Carlos. I filed my own nails let’s start there. The lady didn’t understand me because of lack of communication. She was making them shorter and shorter but still filing them the wrong shape. Which I don’t have a problem finding my own nails. I do have a problem when they still don’t do it right after me showing them how to do one. Then they messed them up all over again. Which ended with me just taking the file and fixing it myself which I was happy to do. She had a extremely bad attitude. Saying the boss can take over and do them which I don’t have time for. Then I asked her to fix a toenail which would’ve required her to take the color off put acrylic on to make my nails look square and she just filed my nail in a circle and said OK all done. It’s clearly not square the one she was supposed to fix. Also she didn’t want to do cuticle oil they had it. But I was ready to leave. So I didn’t bother to ask. And had an attitude about it the entire time so I probably will not come back to the location in San Carlos. I will go to the one in Belmont where at least they are very pleasant.

    Isabella C: This was my first time coming here and I didn’t have a good experience. When she was filing my nails she cut my cuticle area and I was bleeding on multiple fingers. My nails looked nothing like the picture I showed her and I left very unhappy. I usually can have my acrylics last for a couple weeks but after 1 week the nails were already breaking. I don’t recommend.

The facials were the best we ever had. Nicole and Tara were very detailed, communicated the regimen clearly and very skilled. Our skins feel fantastic after the facials and we look forward to being regular customers!

The place is absolutely spotless. She takes great care of her clients and handles business. She always checks in and asks if there are any changes with your skin. She takes her time and is very thorough with her work.

    Travis Trail: Had a really great massage! It looks like this place is under new ownership, as the name changed and it has been repainted and redecorated inside, and my massage therapist, Linda, was new as well. She gave a nice strong massage. It was wonderful. She worked out some knots in my neck and upper back. Highly recommended!

    Gwen Cannon: Carrie, Carmen and Rosalie are finally back at The Laurel Street Salon! Very professional and following all CDC Guidelines. Expect to wear a mask, have your temperature checked, use hand sanitizer and fill out a Covid 19 questionare. Stations and chairs are sanitized after every use. So happy to have them back!

    Jessica Foran: My new favorite place to get a mani/pedi. Dao does meticulous work. Her foot and hand massage were outstanding. Reasonable pricing. I would call ahead and schedule to make an appt if you are looking to come with a friend to ensure there is enough staff to accommodate your services.
