I’ve been seeing her for years and I can’t say enough great things about her. The place is absolutely spotless. She takes great care of her clients and handles business. It looks like this place is under new ownership, as the name changed and it has been repainted and redecorated inside, and my massage therapist, Linda, was new as well. She gave a nice strong massage. It was wonderful. She worked out some knots in my neck and upper back. Highly recommended!
Laurel Street Salon - San CarlosGwen Cannon: Carrie, Carmen and Rosalie are finally back at The Laurel Street Salon! Very professional and following all CDC Guidelines. Expect to wear a mask, have your temperature checked, use hand sanitizer and fill out a Covid 19 questionare. Stations and chairs are sanitized after every use. So happy to have them back!

I have had acne for years and her facials do not make my acne worse, I leave there feeling beautiful and without makeup because she does such a wonderful job!!! I have literally gone there with a mountain and left with a tiny bump because she knows how to handle skin so well!!! I also love her products! I honestly did not think I would transition to the Pevonia products but once I tried the samples she gave me I fell in love and have been using them since she opened the spa! I am so glad she has her own place and would recommend her to anyone who wants a facial or any of the services she offers because she is wonderful at everything she does! I usually get a facial once a month and when she is on vacation I wait because I have had horrible experiences with other people and I know with Bianca I will leave happier, prettier and not scared! GO SEE HER! ITS A MUST!

My masseuse was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my preferences and respected my request for a lighter pressure throughout the session. It was refreshing to have someone genuinely attentive to my needs, focusing on all parts of my body with just the right amount of care and technique. I left feeling completely rejuvenated!
The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of service I received. I’ve been to other places that charged significantly more for a less satisfying experience, so this was a delightful surprise.

Immersion Spa - Palo AltoMia Duran Castillo: Love the amenity options especially the salt room. I love my scrubs every time. Just wish masks were offered w/ the silky scrub +. Also, I wish I could see who my last masseuses were because although ALL are wonderful some do edge others sometimes. All the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended. TY!!!
