1 /5 leena Elazzeh: I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in as a walk-in and spoke with the manager at the front desk, asking if they had time for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow service, and a kids’ manicure for my 3-year-old. She assured me they did and sent me on my way to start.
While I was getting my nails done, I reminded them about my daughter’s manicure, and again, the manager said, “Yes, yes, don’t worry.” After finishing my nails, she told me to wait in the waiting room. Just a couple of minutes later, she came over and said she wouldn’t be able to finish the rest of my services.
When I asked why, she gave no real explanation and simply said they were fully booked. This was extremely frustrating, especially since she had confirmed earlier that there was enough time. To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me here.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism. I won’t be coming back after this experience.
Also if you see the cob webs in the window i think you’ll never come back.
