1 /5 Samantha Fletcher: If there is one thing I absolutely hate, it is when I waste my time. *Sarcasm. Thank you Sutter North for yet again having me come to an appointment that has been cancelled but yet still sending me reminders to show up too just to be rescheduled after sitting in their office for 15 minutes. Health care in yuba city has gone straight down the toilet. Mind you they didnt even know what doctor I was seeing when I showed up. I made this appointment 6 months ago in February to make sure I got seen to be screened that all my pre cancer cells were gone. SEVERELY DISSAPPOINTED

2 /5 Shauna Bond: The staff here is really nice except dr.danforth, I would definitely avoid her , just check reviews before going in definitely wish I did.

1 /5 Julia Whitman: Sutter can have more stars when someone actually answers the phone or responds to a request to schedule an appointment. Every single day I call (at different times) and am always immediately put on hold. No one ever picks the phone back up.

1 /5 Heartley Sellers: If you’re looking for a place that cares about you, go elsewhere! This OB office has caused me nothing but stress. Canceled my APT that I set up 2 months ago just because they felt like it. Sutter health in general is just a mess though. The people at this company do not care about anything except $$$$. They will make you wait 2-3 hours past your appointment and then give you an attitude when you want to speak to your Dr for longer than 5 minutes. RUN from this place.

1 /5 Trisha: If I could rate lower than one star I would. I have had years of experience working with this office and it seems to be the ONLY obgyn in the yuba Sutter area. Half of the desk staff is actually really helpful and nice, the other half are absolutely rude and cannot handle being corrected when being rude. Being pregnant, I will not tolerate being treated poorly. This is a drs office, if you cannot care for others why would you pick this line of work? I understand that customer service is hard but its even harder when youre rude to people. I have so much more to say about this office and their terrible services but Ill leave it at that. Do better Sutter ....
