1 /5 Amanda Weakland: Sadly because of my current living situation I feel as if my visit could have gone better seeing as how I overheard my very own dr saying they should put my things in a grocery cart when the nurse was trying to figure out a location for the bags. Mind you I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay the night so one bag was clothes one bag was snacks and the other was my every day backpack with things I need and things to entertain me if the need to stay happened. Yes they were not the cleanest but comments like that in the healthCARE profession are not even ok. My position in life is not who I am but a product of a series of unfortunate events one right after another and I’m just doing my best to try and survive but I’m not gonna bore you with the details. In any case I was not very satisfied with my visit to say the least

Emergency Room - Woodland Memorial Hospital - Woodland

Paulina Gonzalez: Don’t expect any real answers or help here and don’t bother with patient advocacy they don’t respond to anyone’s messages of complaints. This hospital should be called “human sendaway” because kindness is not what this hospital represents. The ER doctors act like you are wasting their time, the nurses never have answers and the wait time is ridiculous. Please save yourself the pain and agony and go to UC Davis in Sacramento.

Rob Alderete: Dr. Thomson is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. I have a few conditions and he has a firm understanding of them and how to treat them. He really listens to what I have to say, as opposed to the Kaiser care team I had before. I switched insurance just to go back to him! Highly recommended.

Lib Lib: In daily pain. Called, was told I was being put on hold, line disconnected. Called back, same man answered, asked a few questions before saying he was putting me on hold and hanging up again. Called a third time, the receptionist asked the same questions, then put me on hold for 14 minutes. Hung up, called a fourth time, on hold for 26 minutes but no one ever even answered that time. I just want to schedule an appointment and get help with this pain before it becomes an emergency.

Helen Bouslaugh: Our GP has cancelled so many appointments and we our so frustrated with the Clinic. When we began using this clinic 40+ years ago, it was the premier facility in Northern CA. Patients came from Redding to be seen here! Urgent Care is not to relieve the ER, as they have no on-site services other than colds, flu or minimal care which in most cases is not urgent care. We will now go straight to ER. There are specialty departments that function flawlessly, however, seeing a doctor to get the referral to a specialty department is a long drawn out process taking months of patience! And the Advocacy line is a perfunctory option without any results. This is a sad state of affairs. We will be calling our insurance for options close by.
