5 /5 Denise Larson Tweed: I’m on vacation with my family and my toddler needed to be seen rather urgently. Sutter Coast Walk-In Clinic was my only same day option for care. The whole experience was 5 stars. The front desk staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. We were seen within the hour of arriving and the nurse and PA were great with my toddler. They completed preliminary labs on-site and followed up with the pharmacy to make sure the order was bring worked on before we left the clinic. Now we can all enjoy our vacation!

5 /5 Patty Hinger: Excellent service. I was on vacation passing through and needed sutures removed from my face. I did not have an appointment but was helped in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe 15 minutes. The PA. Shannon was excellent, very kind and very caring. She removed all the sutures and prescribed and ointment. She was not hurried or rushed even though I had no appointment. I would definitely recommend this place.

5 /5 Russ Causley: I had a solid experience here and got good service when I went in with a ruptured ear drum. Waited for 1.5 hours, but I was still just thankful they could see me at all on short notice and being from out of town. With regards to the bad reviews: It is not an ER so don’t go with a life-threatening condition; is it not an Urgent Care either so anticipate a wait, bring something to do, and treat the staff nicely when they finally see you. Be glad you can get service of any kind without an appointment and you’ll probably have a good experience too. If you get grumpy because you have to wait (which should be expected at a walk-in clinic) and aren’t nice to the staff, chances are they won’t be nice to you either. You get when you give.

1 /5 Devinne Bryant: I came here Friday feeling warm and had a horrible earache. So I came to the walk in to get checked and the nurse took my temp and if ran 100.2 and then she said strep is going around so she tested me for that and it came back positive. She was nice but the doctor has terrible bedside manner and was asking me if I had a lazy eye and saying I had a rash in my ears. I told her that it was psorasis and already being treated and then she prescribed me an antibiotic and said I had fluid and swelling in my ear. She didnt give me anything for the pain just an antibiotic. Then wrote me a note for work saying I cant return until March 7th. When I thought strep was only contagious for 24 hrs while on antibiotics. I asked if I felt better, with no fever could I return to work and she said she wouldnt recommend it. I just found out I dont have the time to cover being out that long so I went back in today saying I was feeling better and needed a new dr note for work and the lady at the front desk looked me up and told me that Dr wont be back until Thursday so she cant sign off on it until then. The medical professionals here are horrific. Crescent city really needs better medical care. No help at all!!

1 /5 Shawna Hyatt: Zero stars would be more accurate. I went in for an infection and was told nothing was wrong with me. The Dr. took a culture, refused to prescribe an antibiotic because she "did not practice bad medicine" and sent me out the door. I had to go to Redwood Urgent Care right after where I was treated and given an antibiotic. 2 weeks later with no phone call on results (I left 2 VM) I finally got a call from Sutter Urgent Care saying I did have an infection. This would have turned into a life threatening emergency because I was misdiagnosed and denied treatment. I am having a very hard time not feeling angry about this.
