5 /5 Mike Froelich: We took our 8 year old son to the emergency room on Sunday afternoon with severe abdominal pain. They were able to see him quickly and diagnosed acute appendicitis. He was in for emergency surgery and we were able to all go home later that night. The entire staff was extremely good and caring. Our son was terrified of needles and the nurse that started the IV was just amazing with him. We were all extremely impressed and thankful for the staff at Barton Memorial Emergency Department

5 /5 Sara Fisher: Kind ER nurses and doctors who took great care of me. I was probably the most sick Ive ever been in my life, but I was in and out of the ER and feeling significantly better in less than 2 hours. 10/10 would come back but I hope I never need to!

5 /5 Jason Wharton: I separated my AC joint at heavenly and needed to go to the ER. This the most positive hospital trip I’ve ever had. Everyone was super friendly & knowledgeable. They got me in quickly. I got x-rays, they had a radiologist look at the x-rays and get back to the doc, gave me medication and a print out of the visit with additional info, within about an hour and a half. Dr. Tonini was great, and even called for a follow up a couple hours after I left, the ER, which is unheard of ! They emailed me the x-rays and the after visit summary, I even had some issues with the receiving the x-rays via email, and they went out of their way to make sure that I got them. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

1 /5 Aleksandar Rvovic: I came with vomiting and diarrhea dehydrated with no fluids or food for > 24h and already knowing I had Influenza B - took them more than ONE HOUR to start IV fluids (just normal saline) AND ED was pretty EMPTY!!! -It actually took my mother to go and ASK them to do that before they even came in with the bag. Then they could not find a vein etc but that is minor. They truly care about their patients as you can see from above! No need to mention that I will never be returning to that ED. What a joke! Zero stars is what they deserve.
