Shasta Community Health Center: Enterprise - Redding (CA)

5 /5 G L: I had a rough time with some of the primary care doctors at Shasta Community Health (mainly in the Fellowship department, 0/10 recommend) but after a lot of back and fourth I was finally seen by Dr. Brian Ho, an NP, and he has been nothing short of great. He listens to me, trusts me and genuinely has done so much to help me get the help that I needed. I’m not sure if he’s a one-off kind of provider, but he definitely flipped my opinion around of SCHC.

1 /5 Rebecca: When going to my first appointment, I found the place empty and no one was around, except a security guard at the entrance having his own desk and chair?!?!? I found this to be a bit strange for it is a Medical Clinic?!?!? I went to the window to check in. No one was in so waited for someone to come into their office? Waited about 5 minutes until someone showed up. I waited about 15 minutes before being called and the young women seemed in a hurry to go through a bunch of questions, like she did not want to be there! She was rude and so was the data entry person who came in for a bunch of other questions with some guy that did not fit in?!?! They made my next appointment three months ahead of time but had to cancel. Called, to reschedule and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to answer, so I hung up and called back hoping that someone would answer. But no one answered. I called the other clinic on Placer to let them know what was going on. I found with dealing with the Enterprise Clinic so far is so unprofessional. I guess they pick and choose who they want to wait on?!?!? Not sure whats going on with the staff there, the whole Building seems out of place and not welcoming or friendly at all. I dont get a good feeling about the staff or the whole Area! I would not give this place one star but had to click on one to post.

1 /5 The multi verse Explorer: The healthcare at Shasta community Enterprises so unprofessional they waited until three months after my doctor quit to tell me that my doctor quit I’ve been going to this facility for two years and they still cannot even appoint me a primary care doctor the majority of the doctors that they have that work or Shasta Community Health Center are rude. They do not listen to their patients. They do not take their symptoms seriously and often will falsely diagnose them with things that are not wrong with them prescribe them a medication and when the results come back negative Inform them to keep taking the medication why would you do that that’s medical meal practice writing fraudulent prescriptions for conditions that people don’t have making them sick. This healthcare facility really needs to have an inspection done on them.

1 /5 James Lindsey: Security need to treat people better talk to the people right!!!!! Fully disrespectful and they will kick you out for cussing at your self and I hear abundance of bad things about there so Im done no respect and looks like the guard was on something

1 /5 Robin: We into "urgent care" on Monday morning before 8 am (false name) for tests due to sudden illness. The PA said two days until results. I called after two days, spoke with a rep...not sure what country they were from, but they read back every detail of my visit, although very hard to understand....I didnt need details of my visit from a phone operator...which is crazy, I knew why I went in, i just called after 2 days for results, not a refresher of my visit or my tests. Although Im not sure what country or dialect they spoke, they assured me they would relay my message, at least I think thats what they said. Well, after four days, still no call. Tomorrow is weekend. I doubt they will call ...if ever! Pass on this substandard "medical care" if at all possible. Go to any other facility of walk-in instead.. its worth paying more because you still owe big money with SCHC for absolutely nothing!
