1 /5 Jack & Judy Scholle: Theyre booked, so who cares if they cancel your 8am appointment with a 7:15 am voice message. Most peoples phones are off at that time. Mine was. At 8am I get the receptionist call as Im walking in to the office, Only to be rescheduled for 3 weeks later, Then they list the appointment in the portal as a patient cancelation.

the employees are nice, but the operations, management, and portal are all pretty lame. Unfortunately my doctor is in the Scripps system, and shes special. So Im stuck. But my advice is to check out another Audiologist. It cost me almost 2 hours in traffic and rescheduling my morning. Yes, inconvenient and p--p happens, but all too typical of scripps. My fault, I should have known better.
