The last one has retired and finding a new doctor to get involved in a genuine way in your life is a really difficult process. I have been very fortunate and grateful a colleague referred to Anthony and Danielle Fam MD’s and their practice in San Diego. Dr. Fam has taken the few medications I use in a new direction, reduced them and I have already lost weight and have more energy in just 3 months. Being able to contact Dr. Fam and get a quick response, refill or appointment within in a day (or sooner) is a healthcare benefit so great that it can’t be measured or overstated. Both Dr. Anthony and Dr. Danielle are very friendly and have a great "bedside manner" taking plenty of personal time to review and answer questions and it is never a rushed or pressured appointment. I am grateful to be under their care and practice and can highly recommend them.

AHF Healthcare Center - San Diego - San Diego Travis Pluss: Waste of time. The STD testing may be free, but my time is valuable too. Takes up to 2 hour wait just to receive the testing kit so that I can take my own test just to give to the lab. My first test here also had an IT glitch for the results and had to get a verbal with no fix to the proof of test result.
2 stars because at least the staff are super nice.

Dr Karen Loper is the best doctor a person could ask for!! so attentive and helpful and will always always advocate for you!! the entire staff is amazing and i’m going to miss them all very much.
Jet Medical Tourism® - San Diego Issa Bascom: I had the best experience with Jet Medical and Dr Guerro. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful the entire time. The travel went smoothly and was exactly how it was outlined. The hospital was super clean. The nurses were so attentive and made sure I was comfortable. My first room had a broken ac and I was freezing so they moved me to a new room quickly. I would highly recommend them for any travel medical needs.
UCSD HILLCREST - San Diego Vaughn Baker: Came for a GI scoping. Waited (literally) 11 months to get the appointment and paid $8k for it. Confusing facilities to navigate. And of the technology that patients have to interact with is not good. The kind of place that makes you wonder “is this even worth it?” After my procedure, for which I was put under anesthesia, I was handed a printout and quickly wheeled out with no discussion of the doctor’s observations. I had to ask ChatGPT to explain it to me. When the robot doctors come, sign me up.
Logan Memorial Family Health Center - San Diego Carmen Mejia: First time I come to this location and I loved it! Not only is it very convenient, but it has a lot of parking! The staff was very helpful and professional. It has a very private vibe. Not a lot of people at once which made waiting time less!
