But when Dr. Houghton is in my plan, I am there. I had to have Kaiser for a few years, and dreadfully missed the hospitable service I received from his office. His office staff are so kind, so helpful and very efficient. The office vibe is one where you really feel everyone cares for you. Great office, super staff.

4 /5 Dana Elken Terrell: Dr. Houghton gave me necessary advice and prescriptions for my overseas trip. Very few offer this service so I appreciate him! It is not easy to reach the office, however, because you cant leave a voicemail, and have to reach them when they are not busy with other patients. This is frustrating.

1 /5 brandon Watson: I can’t express this enough, WORST front office I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Not only did they lose my X-ray results multiple times forcing me to call imaging health and have them resend, but every time they did find them the doctor had “just left for the day so check in next week.” I’d give it 0 stars but the doctor was at least nice during my single visit.
