5 /5 Darren Goodloe: Urgent care I normally use was closed temporarily and my primary care wasn’t available. I was able to quickly and efficiently book an appointment for less than 90 minutes later. The online booking process was fantastic. I was able to select from many different locations as well as see a short bio of the provider before booking.
The location was convenient with a decent amount of patient parking. The intake process was also very quick and efficient. Had vitals and medical records verified in short order. Based on my symptoms and a brief discussion, some initial tests were initiated before seeing the provider. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. I met with the provider, Erika, who discussed my situation and gave me a thorough examination. Unfortunately, it seems that whatever condition I had/have is nearing the end and none of the diagnostic tests returned positive results. A couple of treatments were offered to address the symptoms and then I was on my way. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of being able to quickly book an appointment that was both extremely timely and convenient.
While I hope I never need to go back to this office for urgent care needs, I feel very fortunate to have been able to be seen at this clinic and I’d recommend to others.
