1 /5 Kristopher Vega: I had an appointment today and I got told to leave because I did not have a face mask. If it is dire, for us to aquire face masks, wouldnt your office or any department have face masks in case of a situation like mine? I feel very discriminated for the fact that I didnt have a face mask. I would understand if I didnt want to wear one but I didnt have any and I asked around the entire building and not one person was able to provide me with one. I will never let my friends or family come here. Wasted a day out of my job.

1 /5 estrellapacifico dancerforever: I went to the emergency room yesterday blood pressure 202 not sure of bottom number, back and neck pain also anxiety was and is really high?. The Dr on staff was really rude! He told me and at the end of my visit that I had come there for nothing, (was It because I am African American)? He said I didn’t look like a person who come to the emergency room a lot! And he was thinking that I looked like I shouldn’t be there! The nurse was in the room with theDr. and I! What did that have to do with me being there with my blood pressure numbers at 202/ not sure of the bottom number! I ask him what should my numbers be to go to hospital, he said 235(top numbers) he did give me a bottom number! Online it said to call ambulance if numbers or 180/120! Wow!!!! So to me that was an indirect way of saying to be almost dead before going! They ran test on my heart my heart was fine. So because my heart looked fine, I wasn’t treated for any of my issues no pain or anxiety meds. When I left my BP had fallen to 77/101 he said I was fine. Wow so I woke this morning (thanks to God) with really bad back pain, anxiety still bad and blood pressure still high and a very high bill coming. Wow! Really! To bad I can’t just change the color of my skin to get proper care and without judgement before even getting to the counter! To get the care that I am paying for! I’m in bad pain, anxiety and high blood pressure and upset about not getting the treated and respect from that morning shift Dr. he will still get paid for not giving proper care because of him judging me before I even got to the counter! WOW! I respect people regardless of the color of there skin or walk of life! I thought doctors had too do the same they took an oath to care for people probably without judgement!? WOW!!!!!!!!

1 /5 justin rivera: As a parent I want to be with my spouse for support during her doctor exams. OBGYN Dr. Levine’s office discriminates against fathers by not allowing them to come inside during the visit even though we are either fully vaccinated or taking precautions against Covid (temp check, face mask, etc). Fathers/partners should be allowed into doctor visitation if the mother is also ok with it. Fathers have rights also and this office is discriminating against us.

1 /5 Shae (A mile in my shoes): I waited in the er for 4 hours to get xrays. The wait time is long and horrible. Updated 10 july 2022 I have since went to them for another visit. I thought I had covid and at the time there wasnt an easy way to get tested. It took me 2hrs for a covid test with symptoms to just be seen. Sharp is undermanned as most places. It is really bad when you have to choose between to horrible companies of scripps or sharp.

1 /5 Janina Diez: Complaining about discharge instructions in every Sharp hospitals i have been. I can download better and more precise instructions of how to take care of whatever is done. And it is basically what sharp does everytime only that they chose the worst. They do not specify and I am really lost on how to take care of the insicion made.

JANE RODGERS QUITLONG: This is what I coughed up during my ER visit at Paradise Valley ER. They wouldn’t listen to me about having an infection. My eyes were also dripping with pus and they couldn’t come up with what it was. A child would know that it’s an infection. I had my first born here in August 1995. Please get the staff to be like it was back in the day. Caring, attentive, and genuinely concerned.

Esmeralda Orejel: Ive never had any issues , the staff is great , always very attentive and nice . My appointments are always given to me in a timely manner , even when I have to take my kid in for whatever reason Ive never had an issue getting an appointment for a same day visit. Dr Santiago is amazing , shes always attentive and redirects us to specialist if need to immediately. If theres any lab results she makes sure to give you a call back quickly Im extremely amazed by the efficiency. My kid and I we love her, she truly seems to love her job, she hears you out, shes patient and caring, she always makes sure our questions are answered.

Isabel Marquez Ramirez: Doctors are great. Very professional. Most of the time staff is good. But today I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. I believe her name is Arianna or Ari something like that. First of all, I checked the website and I called to make sure they opened at 8:00am. The first worker arrived at 7:57am. My son and I were waiting outside. We were let in at about 8:10 or so. The worker was polite. When the receptionist got there which her name was Arianna or Ari she asked me who let us in or if I just came in because they didn’t open until 8:45am. I said that the other worker let us in. Then she said that I had to wait because they didn’t open until 8:45. Then, once she called me to ask me why I was there she said she would verify my insurance. She called me again and said that my son couldn’t be seen there that he was assigned to Sharp. I said no, i have always brought him here for almost 18 years now. She rudely and almost talking over me said that that was what the computer was showing. I then said “maybe you’re confusing him with my husband since they have the same name.” I was trying to show my son’s insurance card, but she wouldn’t even look up. She went back to check and of course she was able to verify that he could be seen there. Never did she apologize. I mean i know it must be unpleasant to work on a Saturday morning, but she is supposed to have great customer service. Very dissatisfied with her lack of manners and professionalism. Other than that, the nurse assistant and doctor were great.

Kimberley Terry: Doctor Cristina Deis is one of the best doctors I’ve ever received care from and I cannot say enough great things about her She cared for me while I was pregnant as well as postpartum she listened to any concerns I had as a first time mother & she genuinely wanted to make sure I was okay and understood everything I felt so safe & cared for That I made her my baby’s primary care provider And that was the best decision! my husband & I absolutely adore doctor Deis she takes excellent care of our baby & we’ve always looked forward to our visits with her my momma heart is sad that we are relocating to another state and have to find a new provider I can only hope they love their job as much as she does and cares for their patients like her. Thank you doctor Deis!

Em Squared: I called to schedule a first appt with Dr. Newmark and was transferred to “Intake Dept” where I waited on hold 10 mins. I finally got “Michelle,” who talked a mile a minute and I couldn’t understand her. I told her I was a bit hard of hearing and that I’d record this to transcribe later but could she please speak louder and repeat herself? She spoke louder but again, too fast for me to catch. I apologized profusely and said I was embarrassed but had to ask her again to kindly slow down. She got irritated and short and gave up on her scripted speech and said loudly that they needed a credit or debit card on file and would charge (1st it was $50, then she said $60), plus any co-pay, for appts xxld less than one business day. She asked for my name and was still clearly irritated and I gave it to her and apologized again for irritating her but she said she wasn’t irritated, however her tone and shortness w/me clearly indicated she was. I started getting really upset/teary and told her I’d need to call back but I don’t plan to. It was hard enough for me to get the nerve to call this time.

A R: The facility itself is clean and inviting, though parking can sometimes be challenging. Dr. Woo is extremely friendly and approachable, but thats if you can get an appointment. The clinic does not answer phone calls and requires a voicemail to receive a call back which seems to delay care. Has potential to be great, but lacks fundamentals.
