After a disappointing experience with another shop Phaedrus in Nob Hill, I brought my 2009 BMW M3 here and the difference was night and day. From the start, the customer service was exceptional. Patrick the owner and mechanic Chris were incredibly helpful, transparent, and patient with all my questions and requests. They got my car back on the road in less than 12 hours. Which is an amazing feat for replacing the alternator and working on the A/C system efficiently and professionally. What stood out most to me was their genuine honesty and commitment to helping people. Patrick even shared a story about waiving a fee for a customer in need, something you rarely hear about these days. That kind of integrity goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back.
