He sent me pictures and videos of the problem and fixed my car in one day. It’s very helpful that he works on Saturdays. I got my car fixed and ready for work on Monday. He deserves 5 stars and more!

5 /5 Patricia Sunrise: Dropped off the car the night before and got a motel room. Upon returning to the shop the next day they had it up on the lift and knew what was wrong with it. All I had to do was say yes to get the work started. Thanks guys. Your the best. Oh, and there was this antique car in the shop called the Excalibur in extremely nice condition. Well worth the time to check out.

Ali is super knowledgeable and is able to tell you the problem in ways a non-mechanic can understand. Hasan is honest, has never tried to sell me on something I dont need and even has encouraged me to wait (tires) on occasion. Their work is fast and more importantly they stand behind it. You wont be disappointed taking your car to them.

Being that my car is over 40 years old, not every mechanic has the experience to work on it. They have been able to not only fix, but maintain my car to the point that it starts right up and has given me zero issues. When they have come across a part that needs replacing, they would suggest it without being pushy or trying to upsell. Darren even went the extra mile to find a discontinued part for my 40 year old windshield wiper motor. I will continue bringing my cars to them and Im very fortunate to have a trustworthy auto shop in the Mission!!!

I went in expecting to need brake pads replaced on both axles after an oil change assessment, but Don gave me a call and said the back ones were in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Final price also perfectly matched the original quote. Best auto service experience I have ever had.

When they had finished assessing the brakes they again clearly broke down and explained everything that needed to be done and why with the costs. Even with the added labor of the brakes and bake fluid change they got everything same day. Very reasonable prices, excellent communication, great customer service. Bob’s is such a great shop to take your car to if you need any repairs, cannot recommend them enough.
