He helped me figure out the issue, assisted in getting my car jump started, and examined the car afterward at the shop late today. He went above and beyond. Truly restored my faith in humanity and his kindness is something I’ll always remember. Thank you so much Sami!

Many of the mechanic couldn’t figure out the problem but David reassured me and not only found the problem but also fixed it (cheaply, comparatively to San Francisco prices).

5 /5 Viv Zhang: I drove around all day looking for a place to fix my ignition coils & spark plugs. Someone before I called tried to scare me into his services with a $250 diagnostics charge on top and said everywhere I go is going to charge me for diagnostics no matter what. I called Pak shortly after and they said bring it in now. When I went in he estimated $365 and said I could pick it up by EOD. He kept both promises the estimate was exactly what I paid and it was done in a couple hours! Great service and follow through on promise.

5 /5 Bethany Allred: I rarely write google reviews unless earned. My daughter and I were on a roadtrip in August 2024 and staying for a day in San Fransisco. We had car issues and ended up needing a new battery and alternator. We were in a quandry on a Sunday afternoon when everyone was closing, and Pak Auto stayed open late until we could get the car towed there and locked in the garage. They got to work the next morning so that we could get back on the road and not be too far behind in our schedule. They were extremely professional, checked all our fluids knowing we would be traveling across a few more states, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of so we could get going and my daughter wouldnt miss her flight to an internship outside the U.S. I recommend Pak Auto to anyone in the SF area.
