1 /5 Janell Munson: My 2 year old is having signs of silent seizures. This place wrote a referral months ago to Stanford Childrens Hospital. I waited a month to find out it was never sent. Stayed on the phone for hours to get someone to fax it over only to find out a month later that they only sent half of it. They sent why he needed to be seen they never sent the authorization. Its for a neurologist. Thats not something you put off. Especially when hes been seeing a neurologist since he was born and was just placed with us in October of last year. It should not be taking this long to get seen.

1 /5 Christopher Lozoya: Jorge is a liar and takes advantage of the people that come here. The doctors will lie on your documents and misdiagnose intentionally to make you come back and force you to make another appointment. They will try to make you pay a copay for medi - cal state insurance 20$. They force you to wear a mask and will refuse treatment if you do not wear a mask. This location needs to close down. I call to complain and Jorge is the only one that will speak to me when I ask for a manager. The whole front desk and doctors are in on this. The state board needs to get involved in the treatment of the patients. Do not come here.

After waiting over hour for doctor Erika CEBALLOS to come in, tells me she doesnt have time to read my MRI results and fill out my forms for work to pick one! What kind DOCTOR TREATS YOU THAT WAY! I hope your family members get treated the same way you did to me! Dont even get me started about the face mask! Do better! I wont be back !

1 /5 Pris_cilla 29: EXPECT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!!! I have an appointment at 3:00 and its already 4:15 I happen to come early to the appointment and they received me before 3:00. Yet I am still waiting here for the doc. Crazy thing is that I am the only person here! I have never in my life had to wait oh so long for them just to have a check up done its RIDICULOUS. Dont wast your time on seeing the doctor here. They honestly need to work on reaciving people faster.

1 /5 Paulina Corona: They call you to make sure you go and make you wait for said appointment an hour. Not only do they make you wait an hour for who knows what, they are terrible at obtaining their ROIs after it is signed. Also love to yell at their patients when they have hidden rules and policies. I regret wasting my time here.
