1 /5 M Gonzalez: The receptionist who answered my call was rude and dismissive. I was trying to make an initial appointment as a new patient but immediately changed my mind. Why work in healthcare industry with a nasty attitude.

1 /5 J.Landa13!: So my mom made it to Drs Medina office before they close on Friday 10-15. After driving from Tj Mx on the road for 10 hrs, was told he was gone. Then comes out another lady/patient at that same moment n my mom decided to ask her if Dr was still there turns out he was. It’s really disappointing that knowing your Dr is there you being 1 of his patient driving that distance to say no/refuse you. WTH!!!

1 /5 Luz Gonzalez: The doctor always friendly! But their assistants are always in a bad way, starting with the receptionist, and they never call you to give you the results, they say they will call you in a week to give them to you and so far its been 3. I have called, they tell me to wait a second what in In reality it was almost 10 min. And to take the call again just to say that in 48 hours he will call me again. 48 HOURS!!! And that was it and he hung up.

5 /5 LIZETH NIETO: I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC THE STAFF AND DR. MEDINA ARE REALLY SWEET VERY PROFESSIONAL I WAS REALLY ILL/ SICK THE OTHER DAY AND GOT THE RIGHT TREATMENT WE ALWAYS GO THERE FOR ANY MEDICAL ISSUES
