From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and well taken care of by the entire medical staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with the latest technology, and the staff was both kind and professional. The morning shift was outstanding, providing exceptional care and attentiveness. However, the evening shift did not quite meet the same level of expectations as the morning team. One of the highlights was that they allowed the baby to stay with us in the room at all times, which made the experience even more special. They also offered a wide range of meal options to suit different preferences. The staff provided thorough information before every step and gave a comprehensive explanation of post-delivery care and guidance on how to take care of the baby. I am grateful to everyone for making this wonderful experience possible and safe for me and my baby.
Riverside University Health System Medical Center - Moreno Valley Brianna Ramirez: I was visiting California when I was 3 months pregnant we had gotten into a bad car accident. When the ambulance arrived I informed them NO MORPHINE OR ANYTHING IN THAT NATURE due to my pregnancy. I was in terror of what happened and the condition of my baby girl. The Ambulance took me here to this hospital where they did 3 ultrasound to show me my baby was fine and moving. Then they took me to the trauma section. That’s when I was laying in their bed with a neck brace on going in and out of sleep. A Doctor came and told me they will distribute me Tylenol for any pain we both agreed that would be fine. Then after maybe 15 - 20 minutes a nurse came into my section telling me he will give me “ pain medicine” and I said okay thinking Tylenol. That’s when I felt burning and got a strong taste in my mouth I then freaked out and told him no no no they told me Tylenol not anything hard because of my pregnancy! He then told me okay hold on and left when he came back he said “ well if you are pregnant I will move you to postpartum upstairs of the hospital” I then told him “ IF? They did 3 ultrasounds what do you mean if” he then came with a cup for me to do a urinalysis test the test came out positive so he moved me. The next day in the hospital a case worker called me threatening me with CPS then had another man come into my room asking me weird questions like if I’m a mule for drugs and other ridiculous questions I was scared, alone, and in a whole other state away from my family. I will be starting a case against this hospital because that male nurse never wrote down what mistake he had done. This place is disgusting and the nurse who handled me during my traumatic experience. I’d advise if you come to the hospital to MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NAMES AND BE AWARE OF WHO YOUR NURSE IS and your medical charts practice your rights as a human being. Thank you.
Riverside Community Hospital Emergency Room - Riverside Greg Nicholson: The waiting time to be seen was difficult, BUT the care I received was very efficient, effective, caring and of the highest quality overall. The doctors and nurses took good care of me and were very kind and supportive. Im very grateful for their professional, personal care - they saved my life!
Riverside Medical Clinic - Brockton - Riverside LaDoris Boozer: I love my primary doctor. Shes wonderful. Thats why I gave two stars. But to get an appointment you go several months out and then 2 days before your appointment they call and say oh we have to reschedule. And the excuses can range anything from older doctors retiring too. Theyre not going to be here. Ive been going to that facility since 2001. It was fantastic. Up until about 2-3 years. I need to see a specialist immediately and so does my husband and we cant get appointments for 4 or 5 months out. Thats ridiculous. And trying to contact the administration office to find out whats going on with the facility. Why are there no doctors available and they wont even respond. Ive been looking into finding another medical facility because this is getting to be ridiculous.
Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center - Riverside A. Nichelle: Had My first born here and as a new mom definitely had my fears but I had such a positive experience giving birth here ! Verna was my midwife and she was absolutely amazing throughout my whole pregnancy all the way to labor! I felt comfortable and informed of everything going on. She even went over my birth plan with me ! My nurse was Brandi and she did an excellent job assisting me through all the stages of labor! Completely felt I was in safe hands. I absolutely loved the team I had for my labor and delivery. Postpartum care was top tier as well !
UCR Health - Multispecialty Suite at Citrus Tower - Riverside Brenda Best: I had set up the appointment 1 month ahead to meet new primary care doctor. Drove in from Arizona to make appointment. They called and canceled that morning. They asked if I could come next day. I agreed. The next morning they moved me again to a different doctor. I told them this was 2nd time in 2 days they had done this. I went. Doctor I met was nice, but I need more reliable appointments. I won’t be back.
Riverside County Regional Medical Center ETF/ITS - Riverside Bailey Smith: night staff is incredibly rude, nobody in this facility speaks to you like a human being besides one woman whom i never caught the name of. they dont actually care about your progress they just want you to say what they want to hear. no calls are remotely private, any call i had to make was to be made nowhere but the main room where all of the other patients are , in front of multiple staff. the staff members were speaking on the phone incredibly late at night in the room where the patients sleep, speaking about a patients sexual assault story. the nurses would get mad when asked the time, despite there being no clocks. not to mention several patients being grouped together in a room no larger than a living room, all ages, all different issues was incredibly uncomfortable. the patients would often try to antagonize each-other but no nurses or staff would intervene. this was the least helpful, most unprofessional "hospital" setting ive ever encountered. this facility does not care about their patients wellbeing they want a paycheck. do not send your loved ones here if you want to know how they actually feel.
Kindred Hospital Riverside - Perris Tracy Merrill: Overall, the facility is about as good as can be expected from these type of facilities. The people are very nice. This review is for one Nurse specifically. Her name is Alexis. Every time I see her she is smiling. My family is very active here for our Mom and we ask a lot. Alexis always nods and just does what we ask. She keeps a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to have. A lot of these care providers are very skilled. Some not so much but it is what it is. It’s hard to watch my Mom always appear to be in distress but it’s not their fault. Warphen is also very nice. He does his best to accommodate the guests and their families. I wish my mom didn’t have to be here but a lot of these folks are doing their best.
