Rachael Addington: The doctor office didn’t notify us they only have a 5 minute late grace period. I was running late due to traffic, showed up to my appt 7 minutes late, and they wouldn’t see us. Every doctor office I’ve been to has a 15 minute grace period. So frustrating.

I drove an hour each way and waited in the lobby for 2 hours to be told they did not obtain prior authorization. No one called me to tell me this. Now Im working with my insurance and my specialist to change the prior authorization AGAIN. I will continue to drive to Sam Francisco to get my treatments.
