4 /5 Cristian Martinez: I have been an Ampla Health patient for many years even back when it used to be called Del Norte clinic. The staff Is very racially diverse so Language shouldn’t be a barrier. Along with this the staff shows care and devotion to their patients working with you in order for you to get your health needs. The staff is very friendly and cooperative with you. Brenda, who works at the front desk at the pediatric center is very informative and clear. Please don’t hesitate to call for upcoming visits or any questions regarding Ampla Health.

5 /5 amber huape: Staff is friendly, I have been helped specifically with a girl in front desk , I believe named Brenda, she is so sweet. She always has a smile on her face, always goes above and beyond to help and answer all my questions. Plus she also knows Spanish! She always interacts with my daughter when I take her in and always lets her know she will feel better soon. Doctor Boparai has anyways been helpful and caring, answers all first time mom questions without making you feel dumb asking them.

5 /5 Lizette Hernandez: I have been coming here for the last 9 years Dr mullick and nurse Fawn have been absolutely amazing they are patient with each and every one of my kids. My oldest is on the spectrum and they have answered any concern or worry and have given me resources to help. Nurse fawn is very thorough and makes my boys feel comfortable especially when it comes to them getting their shots.

2 /5 Christina P: I had been using Ampla for over a decade for my children. After my oldest came out as Transgender Dr. Racherla asked, in front of my child, if this was a psychological or physical illness causing this disturbance. I feel like someone who received their medical license should know the answer to this question and understand how inappropriate it was to ask in front of someone who identified this way. After requesting for an LGBT affirming provider, my child was put on a very long waitlist (6+ months) for the only provider in a 45 mile radius who was capable of taking on an LGBT client. 2 stars for trying to correct the situation but also for under staffing safe providers.
