3 /5 Rosa Romero: Love the doctors here but answering service is a joke. My daughter was seen by Melanie with a double ear infection today and she didn’t send over the antibiotics to the pharmacy so I called and they had already closed the office, I spoke to answering service and they asked what doctor my daughter was seen by and I told them and the lady on the phone was saying Melanie does not practice there. She then read me a list of doctors and of course Melanie was not on the list. How does this make sense? Pharmacy also called over to try and help and was told there was no on call doctor to help for me to call in tomorrow morning. My daughter now has to suffer with the pain because of all this.

1 /5 maria hernandez: Id like to start by saying doctor Ndule been great, can’t say the same for the staff. Took my daughter in for a ear infection, arrived at 4:40pm with absolutely no one in their waiting room and refused to see my daughter since walk in hours end at 4:30pm (used to be till 6:30pm). I left work early to make sure I would arrive before then, I got there 4:15pm and they refused to see her once again as staff claimed they were subjected to change if they got busy which they didn’t mention the day prior. This was very inconvenient, on top of that receiving attitude.

1 /5 Dan Henderson: Rude!!! Lost my appointment, didnt tell me until I drove to their office 100 miles from my home. In addition they informed me that I couldnt be seen because I had Medical AND Medicare coverage. They apparently only take Medical. This was NOT disclosed before. I speak English and read ONLY in English, EVERYTHING in the office is written in Spanish! This is still America isnt it?

1 /5 Jessica Cook: My kids have been going here for 13 years, never had an issue till my daughters had major problems. They arent being taken care of, they prescribed black label meds like singular and still do cause they dont care. Guess by law they should be giving their patients a portal to see labs and xrays, thats never been done. Id never go back, sad we loved our doctors yet there is no care with them. Said "pain is all in your head" to a child instead of helping them do different things like stretching or heat anything would have been better then those words. Asked for xrays and they took of her upper back when I explained and showed him that her problems are her lower back so back to the hospital for more xrays during covid. then cant even call to tell me the results many times and the last the front desk person called not even a doctors. Rude and no care better luck anywhere else

1 /5 Maria Martin: I am just wondering how they can advertise that they open at 8:00am but then you come in at 8:00am and they tell you the doctors dont typically get here until around 9:00am or 9:20am. So the door is open but the doctors office is still technically closed.. Wow.. Definitely going to switch doctors..
