1 /5 Noah Stoudt: This is the least organized, slowest doctors office/ urgent care I’ve ever been too. Scheduling an appointment? Plan to wait at least 45 minutes after you planned to be there just to get into a room. After you get in a room you’ll wait for at least an hour, if not two. I have never come here without using legitimately half of my day to accomplish anything. Once you do get seen, generally the doctors and nurses are kind and attentive and will explain anything you ask them, that was really appreciated. As far as the office staff, I almost always have trouble getting details about my appointments. There have been times I was asked to come in for a checkup, or a physical and the office staff told me “I don’t know if we offer that”. That, that’s unreasonable to me, you should know and you should’ve told me that on the phone when I called to make the appointment in the first place. There was also a time I waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours because they didn’t put my form into the stack of people who checked in, so one after the other everyone went in before me and I had to go ask what was going on. Last thing, scheduling any of the “referral appointments “ like a dermatologist or something, is a nightmare. Every single time I call, the lady who does these is out of the office. Apparently only one person is capable of this job and is never there to do it. All in all, if you can avoid coming here, you’re better off for it.

2 /5 Caleb Spencer: I’ve been going here frequently (every two weeks or so) for the past four or five months for a work comp case. The doctors seem nice enough, but the front desk and nurse assistant are extremely slow, and clearly take their time helping patients. I showed up on time for my appointment today, and just spent two hours and 45 minutes waiting to have a five minute conversation with the doctor. At this point, this is not an uncommon occurrence. I highly recommend finding somewhere else unless you want to spend half of your day here every time you go in for an appointment.

1 /5 Chelsea L.: I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Just horrible front office staff. The main lady with short brown hair argues with EVERY patient and openly complains about her job. Please please please leave healthcare, as a healthcare worker of 6 years, patients dont need the constant negative energy you bring and unwillingness to do your job. Go find something that will make your life happier as you darken everyones day. I had several tests done there. Have to get surgery and the surgeon couldnt get any reports from them because the front office is lazy (the main lady rubs off on the other staff ) I came twice and sat for over 4 hours trying to get reports and never got them. The doctors dont follow up after sending lab work and make it impossible for the patient to get their results or any help. Its crazy I had the best first appt and then it all went downhill. If you can avoid this place for care, please do so for your anxiety and health. They should shut down.

1 /5 Crystal: I have been trying to get a referral for physical therapy since 1.5.2024. Provider had sent 4x to my companies insurance and I have a copy of referral. As of today , 3.4.2024, I called insurance company and they still have not received and they even called provider and talked to person who handles claims to give them the right address just in case!!!! What the heck. This is outrages and iam furious!!! Update: 3/6. Called my companies insurance again and they got the referral. It just so happened I had an appointment and was able to get insurance company on cell with the person in charge of referrals here at providers and they had no idea the insurance company changed the adjusters! I was so glad we got it all straightened out and the young lady who handles the referrals at Families First is on top of my list. She was great and Dr. Was in office too while I had insurance on speaker phone to get all information taken care of. Iam so happy I want to change my 1 star to a 5 star but it wont let me!
