Dr. Sanei-Fard was personally Responsible for insisting that I follow up on an earlier MRI that showed a nodule. As it turned out I had a carcinoma tumor in my lung that my regular physician overlooked. I am now being treated and owe Dr. Sanei-Fard a big debt of gratitude. Had it not been for his thoroughness and persistence, it would have gone on, untreated. I highly regard his opinion and would gladly refer anyone to have the honor of calling him “my doctor”.

rebekah diaz: Food was great, nurses were great (especially second shift). There was one incident where an agency nurse was extremely aggressive and I reported her to the other nurses on-site. Needless to say, that was her first and last day there. The prompt response from the on-shift nurses was appreciated as they set the tone for a healthy environment. As a Veteran, I’ve found myself struggling with my mental health over the past few years. Unfortunately, I didn’t put much attention into getting the help I needed at the time. I’m proud to say that I am on the right medication and I want to thank every single one of the staff members at this facility. They go above and beyond for their patients. I hope they are being paid what they deserve, if not more.

Each physician seems to have an independent practice, so I am able only to address my experiences with Timothy Hernandez, MD. He and his assistant, Clare, are top notch. All my concerns are addressed and I have never felt rushed or dismissed. The annual concierge fee is reasonable and well worth it. Finding a practice like Pasteur Medical Associates is rare, considering how so many other medical practices of all specialties are poorly run, with rude or hostile customer service and rushed, harried practitioners. I strongly recommend this practice and Dr. Hernandez for persons looking for an exceptional internist and medical office.

Armando Nagao: There is a nurse/tech named Raquel who was very rude. We called and made arrangements to accompany my father for his visit. She said no one can go due to Covid. I explained the arrangements that were made and that we were both fully vaccinated. She said no, the people you spoke with(Well Med call center) dont know our protocol and its not their business how we do things. If the call center was wrong then they should be coached or retrained. Raquel should be coached as well on how to speak to others with kindness and respect.
