1 /5 See Family: Terrible waste of time! They canceled my appointment for infusion without telling me. I drove an hour each way and waited in the lobby for 2 hours to be told they did not obtain prior authorization. No one called me to tell me this. Now Im working with my insurance and my specialist to change the prior authorization AGAIN. I will continue to drive to Sam Francisco to get my treatments.

5 /5 pauline szeles: I have been getting my infusions here for the last 2 years. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the RN’s are amazing. The center itself is beautifully appointed and the reception desk looks rather like a hotel than a cancer center. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here.

5 /5 Anna Welker: Great, Friendly, Caring Staff. The facility is very clean & organized with plenty of seating. The Receptionist are very helpful, friendly, and always greet you by name. LOL, I feel like Norm from Cheers at times. So grateful to have highly trained individuals (Doctors & Nursing staff) to handle my care.

5 /5 Larry Thornburg: I was a patient at the Freemont Rideout Cancer Center for 3 months. I was always treated very well by everyone I came into contact with. My Doctors Jung and Nguyn. The nurses and administration were all very kind. I had the good fortune of also meeting Lydia as she was one of my radiation nurses, as well as Dan. I was always in a clean and very neat room for my visits with both Doctors. All throughout my treatment I never saw anyone who didnt wash theyre hands before they examined anyone or before any procedure was done. I received excellent care and again I mention Lydia because she is ever so gracious and kind, she always watched over me to see how I was doing and to offer her help when I wasnt doing so well. For all the people who were involved in all of my care at the Cancer Center, no words can express how deeply grateful I am to you for everything, but here goes. Thank you so very much!
