Christine Padilla, FNP-C - Temecula Melissa Lupercio: Doctor Christine Padilla has been great I feel she really addresses my concerns and gets the ball rolling on any referrals needed. Iāve only had positive experiences with every doctor NP, PA as well as assistants and front office. The way the staff works together makes the flow move quickly. Iāve never had to wait always in and out.
Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital - Hollister Maria Madrigal: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I now understand why no one wants to buy this hospital. I went to the emergency room in pain and left with even more pain and a doctor shrugging. I kid you not, he shrugged at me to tell me he did not know what was wrong. I would bring an advocate if you need to come to this hospital. You will need one. The bedside manners need to be addressed. As for Hazel Hawkins Hospital, I would ask Good Samaritan Hospital for their playbook; you all obviously need it.
Arminda Tolentino, MD - Hollister C: I would not recommend this office or Dr Tolentino if were the last Dr on earth. I gave them one star only because I canāt leave zero stars. Their office staff Rosie S. is the rudest person Iāve ever spoken to in the medical field in my 66 years. She should not be allowed to answer the phone at all! They have no compassion whatsoever for their patients, what the patient or the patientās family is going through. Do yourself a favor do not, under any circumstances consider this physician and certainly not the office staff for your medical needs.
