1 /5 C: I would not recommend this office or Dr Tolentino if were the last Dr on earth. I gave them one star only because I can’t leave zero stars. Their office staff Rosie S. is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in the medical field in my 66 years. She should not be allowed to answer the phone at all! They have no compassion whatsoever for their patients, what the patient or the patient’s family is going through. Do yourself a favor do not, under any circumstances consider this physician and certainly not the office staff for your medical needs.

1 /5 zeke Lopez jr: This Dr office is horrible. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. We call to ask for an appointment because our child is feeling sick and she tells us that we can’t be seen until next week. This has happened numerous of times and is very frustrating. When we do get an appointment it is over the phone and we can barely hear and understand her. There has been many times where we feel our son needs to be seen in person and she just tells us “take him to the emergency room”. We have spent a lot of money taking her advice and taking our child to the emergency where they check his vitals and prescribe him medicine which we think can be taken care of by Dr Tolentino instead of going to the emergency room. We have just switched primary care physicians and will not refer this Dr office to anyone.

5 /5 Anh Maris: Dr Arminda Tolentino is a very caring, loving family physician! She will spent as much time as necessary to diagnosed my problem & as to why I had to go to see her in order to make me well again! I feel good having her as my doctor. Have been going to Dr Arminda for years now & I will not be changing doctor anytime soon.
