5 /5 J D: All helpful including Care Connection ride home on first ER, and after 3rd ER, Sam a security guard gave me a cart ride to end of hospital property for just a short walk across the street back home. Tanner RN was especially friendly and helpful on my 05/24/2024 ER for rib pain, so I brought a bottle of Olde Shandon Port Works Syrah and Lou Ferrignos favorite film "I Love You, Man" in thanks. Sam security guard delivered it for me.

1 /5 jackalynn bidwell: Went to this ER a couple days ago, the staff was unprofessional except for one older nurse. I asked if I needed paper work to go home with the nurse said no then when I came in with my husband they stated I left without it. They scoffed like I was the problem. When they put the boot on my broken foot nurse was complaining about her own foot injury. Overall experience was not great.

5 /5 Lee Osterloh: My rheumatologist called me from Santa Clarita Valley telling me to go to ER. This was at 5:30 AM today, Tuesday, Feb 16. She called the ER Doctor Mroz. When we arrived , they checked me in immediately and I got gowned and a bed! Doctor Amrit met with me as well as Jimmy, RN. They took blood work and prescribed transfusion. All tests, chest X-ray and EKG were done courteously and we shared some good humor. I got proper and excellent care while going through transfusion. From m the check in staff to checkout, everyone was highly professional and kind. I would highly recommend French Hospital ER. In addition, I was able to checkout in plenty of time to allow my husband to receive his first dose of COVID vaccine! Thank you to all!

4 /5 Tom Athey: On Tuesday Nov 16 2021 I went to ER after falling with possi le rib fractures and head cut. Was in waiting room from 11am to 2:30pm. I want to comment on the good service by the young nurse in the afternoon.I Didnt catch his name but he was about 30 with red hair. He was flying all over the place taking care of the fullhouse of sick people. It was appreciated. In contrast the nurse in the morning did the minimum. And she was sarcastic when I meet with her. When I finally got to see the doctor I was impressed with him and the nurses taking car of me. Overall it was a long time but I do understand triage.

5 /5 Cory Bytof: Super friendly and professional staff, doctors, and nurses. Took good care of me after my bike accident, did a thorough CT scan and made sure I was ok.

AJ: The front receptionists were extremely rude. I asked if I could be seen because I had leg pain and as I was explaining the 3 receptionists standing there looked at me like they didn’t care. I waited for a response but none of them said anything, it was as if they didn’t care. Then they finally told me I should go somewhere else where I had been seen. I told them I had been seen there a couple times. And one of the receptionists I think (Becky) told me no again and I asked her if there was anything they could do. She walked to the back and when she came back she told me there was no availability. I asked if she knew where I could go because I couldn’t walk and my insurance always told me to go there. She logged in to her computer without telling me a word and said all of a sudden they had an opening but had to wait an hour. Dr. Kristen on the other hand was amazing! Super sweet and did everything and anything she could to help me and provided me with what I needed. If it wasn’t because Dr. Kristen knows my situation and I feel comfortable with her I wouldn’t go back. I have never felt looked down upon like I did at the front with the receptionists.

Ann Dinh: We were referred to Dr. DeClue by a friend and we are so happy we found her. She was kind, honest, and thorough. We recently had an exam with her after being given the run around with our last vet clinic. We live 30 minutes away from her office but are happy to keep making the drive in order to get honest and compassionate care. Best part is they are actually taking and everyone at the office was fantastic. Definitely would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing vet.

Kai Sanson: This review is mostly for Dr. Clark. I have seen Dr. Clark 2 times and can say that she has been one of the best physicians I have ever been to. She has a perfect balance of being both professional and caring. She takes time to explain things in detail and also took into account that I was worried about a huge bill after my visit, so we tried basic solutions first for my tinnitus and it is working. Ive had a long history of ear issues, and she took the time to hear my story and go from there. I would highly recommend her and I have no doubt she will be swamped with clients soon. Review would be 5++ stars for Dr. Clark. The office is going through huge transitions and was difficult to contact, needed a referral from my primary, and other hiccups, but the staff was doing their best.

Stacie Horton: I visited on a weekend and was seen quickly, despite a full waiting room. I saw PA Michael Blackwell who did a chest x-ray to confirm that I had pneumonia and prescribed medication and did a follow up visit to confirm it was gone. He went above and beyond and tested me for Valley Fever. I have been there in the past for a UTI and they dispense the medication from the office. Its so hard to get into my primary care provider and I feel very re-assured to have Urgent Care of Atascadero there when I need them!

Carina A: Waste Of TIME! Do not go there. The secretary seems like she is not being paid to work there, terrible attitude. I said "Good Morning", no response, nothing. They sent us to another place. This is a walk in clinic that should attend minor issues and give you what is needed. Nope. They dont care at all. In my opinion if youre looking for a place just go to another urgent care where they will treat you and give you what is needed.

Noneofyourbuisness: Dr Forsyth is an excellent surgeon. Office staff is very courteous except for Lexi . Several times she has shown to be professionally discourteous on the phone . She Even fibbed once to me saying there was no one else I could speak to in the office, when i made a request to speak to someone else .However, I know for a FACT she was not there by herself..... UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE.
