4 /5 Kai Sanson: This review is mostly for Dr. Clark. I have seen Dr. Clark 2 times and can say that she has been one of the best physicians I have ever been to. She has a perfect balance of being both professional and caring. She takes time to explain things in detail and also took into account that I was worried about a huge bill after my visit, so we tried basic solutions first for my tinnitus and it is working. Ive had a long history of ear issues, and she took the time to hear my story and go from there. I would highly recommend her and I have no doubt she will be swamped with clients soon. Review would be 5++ stars for Dr. Clark. The office is going through huge transitions and was difficult to contact, needed a referral from my primary, and other hiccups, but the staff was doing their best.

1 /5 Vanessa Tambayong: Medical Clinic at Higuera aka Pacific Central Coast Health Center - The WORST hospital I’ve ever gone to in my life. My biggest regret! They don’t even deserve a star at all. Is there an option to give them NEGATIVE STARS? I had to wait for 7 months to schedule a preventative care. And on the day of my appointment, I had to wait for over 3.5 hours just to be seen by the doctor. The doctor never followed up on my blood test result nor responded to my message. And their billing process is a nightmare. It took over a year to answer my multiple inquiries on the billing code and they accidentally sent me over to collection while I was waiting for their response with unanswered follow-ups. At the end, they still overcharged me. If you want to go to a healthcare provider which focuses on MONEY MAKING only, then go here. They don’t even care if you are dead or alive, as long as they take your money.

2 /5 Christina Delekta: This office is in chaos. One Dr is retiring, one quitting, leaving Dr Clark. Had an Audiology test with Sandi, who was very kind. Waited to see Dr Clark, did go over the test results, looked in my ears, and told me to go to Costco for hearing aids. When I asked about my sinus condition, she dismissed me. I figured she was busy, or maybe the insurance only covers one body part at a time. EXCEPT, she totally falsified her report! Even wrote that my tonsils were symmetric, they were removed 50 yrs ago! She never looked at anything except my ears!

1 /5 Brad Cambra: This clinic has been very frustrating to say the least. Staff 9/10 times will not complete referrals in a timely manner. My wife originally saw Dr.Goodmen he never once spoke of diet impact like I have read in other reviews nor treated as if they genuinely cared didn’t discuss if maybe environmental issues causing any of her complaints just medication recommendations even when being fully aware of her sensitivities to most pharmaceuticals to me this is just a band aid fix that can add more problems later on down the line. Some how when she tried to make her future appointments Dr.Robles became her physician looks like she was pushed off to someone else maybe in frustration of not wanting to only resort to pharmaceuticals?? It didn’t seem to get much better with this new doctor my wife consistently came in with high blood pressure and immediately she wanted to start her on bp medication.. no discussion on what maybe causing or what her diet is like or monitoring her over a course of time ?? When my wife needed referrals from Dr.Robles as she suffers from uterine fibroid which have been very painful for her she asked for a repeat of pelvic imaging as she explained how she’s had an mri and ultrasound. Instead she put a CT scan. Lastly when asking for a pelvic floor therapist due to her pelvic pain from the fibroids/endometriosis she then sends her to a physical therapist for abdominal pain! As anyone knows the run around and wait time for referrals can get pretty lengthy especially for someone in pain/sick. Just frustrating our search for a good doctor still continues …

5 /5 Timothy Taylor: The female Dr that saw me was so amazing! Ive literally been to countless Drs and ruined my credit with over 20k in medical bills trying to find out why Ive been sick. She was attentive and kind. I told her where the pain was. She actually put on gloves and stuck her fingers in my throat and found the lump Ive been complaining about the other Drs wouldnt believe me about or would try and say oh you have swollen nodes... Im Like no its not that. So she found it... thank God for this woman! Now shes getting it scanned and biopsied to make sure its not cancer. This is the kind of Dr that saves lives. .if only more Drs cares like she does... I cant remember her name but once I get it I will come back to share that.
