I was a candidate for surgery in 2015 and FINALLY, after years of PT and two short-lived pain-relief epidurals, I came back to Dr. Carr, who was my second opinion orthopedist in 2017. I had successful, LONG OVERDUE, COFLEX device placed, that has been LIFE CHANGING for me in so many ways I just dont have room here . . . San Luis Obispo and California in general, is so very blessed to have your expert surgical skills . . .
