1 /5 Alessio Della Motta: I have an extremely serious situation with my family health requiring a very simple form to be filled: administrators and providers did everything possible to avoid providing any help. The front desk and billing system bills multiple times (and late) and are not responsive whatsoever. Asking for medical follow-ups and tests is always pushed back. Appointments are extremely hard to schedule. The only responsiveness is on messages through online platform. I hope this doesnt reflect the behavior of primary care providers overall because it is a terrible example.

5 /5 Jeffrey Peachin: Dr. Paley is a great doctor. His explanations are clear and concise. He is patient and listens well. He responds quickly and I always get quality care. He is knowledgeable and nothing but professional.

1 /5 Larkin Bullard: The front desk staff doesn’t follow up, Dr Paley schedules appoints all at same, you wait hours for your scheduled appointment. Don’t dare complain or they threaten to drop you! Happened twice. This time I requested a referral. No follow-up. I called doctor and learned they never received the referral. Called Paleys office and expressed my frustration and they dropped me as a patient. I reported them to Sutter Health. Do not recommend them.

1 /5 Jake Waiczis: Dr. Paley is literally the laziest doctor I have ever been to. He doesnt take time to explain things, offers a cookie cutter response to everything, doesnt even come close to individualizing care for his patients. Worst of all, he doesnt listen, and doesnt bother to try and get to know his patients. Dr. Paley has also proven to be an incredibly uncompassionate doctor, putting copays and visit fees before the needs of patients. Lastly, the nursing staff is rude and lacks compassion, the people who answer the phone are in too much of a hurry to pay attention to the needs of the patient.
