1 /5 Jeff Flowers: Easy to make appointments and get in. Health staff was very nice and calming. Check in staff was not inviting and it was not a good introduction that being my first time there.

So I received lab results today at 10:30am so I used the chat function to reply and receive additional advice from the team. Unfortunately, after trying to reach the team 5 times throughout the day in the chat function, I gave up (my last try was at 6:30pm tonight). Why have this function if no one is going to get back to you? I was looking to keep Carbon Health as my first health option and look into picking someone for primary care. I’m really not sure now…
Ended up calling at 7:30pm and leaving a message for a call back in the morning. Not what I was hoping for.
2nd update: was not called back. Called again at 2:30 and was told response time was 48hours through the chat function? What?!? Even if that is true, it is NOT stated anywhere. Shouldn’t businesses that deal with your health be better than this?
