I had been using Carbon’s urgent care over and over again and was always happy with the care. So I chose a primary doctor and had my first appointment. All good. I’m happy I switched. It’s so much easier. Two months later, I had my elderly mom see the same doctor for her primary care. Again we were both very happy. The doctor was kind and very thorough. Five stars!

5 /5 kelsey stiles: Best urgent care in San Mateo. I brought my 1 year old in this evening 30 min before closing and they were able to bet her in and out in 30 minutes - hardly a wait. Its clean and all the staff are very nice. Doctor and all Nurses very kinda and loving and helpful. Highly recommend

5 /5 Yuan Weigel: My son needed a physical exam ahead of high school sports try out. The next appointment available at his doctor is 2-3 weeks out and I needed to get this done in the next 2 days. Was able to book an appointment online, got in 30 minutes later. Got in with minimum wait (less than 2 min) and everyone was courteous and professional. The NP was very thorough and helped us get all the forms we needed. Overall, an excellent experience for this specific need and at a very reasonable price.
