Alicia Zambrano: Incompetent hospital! Not seeing people in the waiting room should had been a warning sign. The receptionist was nice though. Other than that, please stay away because my husband almost lost his life. We had to go to a different ER after.
Bay Family Medical Group - San Mateo
Alessio Della Motta: I have an extremely serious situation with my family health requiring a very simple form to be filled: administrators and providers did everything possible to avoid providing any help. The front desk and billing system bills multiple times (and late) and are not responsive whatsoever. Asking for medical follow-ups and tests is always pushed back. Appointments are extremely hard to schedule. The only responsiveness is on messages through online platform. I hope this doesnt reflect the behavior of primary care providers overall because it is a terrible example.

Jerry Chiang: Besides their outside environment always smell with Marijuana, their terrible services leave us no choice but change our OB to other hospitals. My wife and I just cant believe the fact that there is NO ASSIGNED OB for my wife, meaning my wife had to be seen by different doctors each time she came..... The worst part is they dont allow me as her husband to be in the clinic room with her. I remember one time she came out and told me that OB made her bleeding for her normal check up. No nurse or any staff notified me about this situation of my wife, nor any apologies... Im so sicken of this kind of attitude and entitlement of health care system here.

Foster City Medical Center - Primary Care Urgent Care & Allergy
Miranda Marquez: I had an outstanding experience at this clinic and can confidently give it a five-star review! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Dr. Dave performed my allergy testing and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail. He was the first doctor to accurately diagnose my condition, and I truly appreciated his expertise and caring approach. The whole process was quick, efficient, and comfortable.

Jim Cannel: Had an epidural here. Dr. Bathia and staff were not only professional and proficient, they were also kind and caring. The communication was excellent. What could have been an uncomfortable experience was alleviated. If you need a procedure, my experience there was excellent.

TheBayArea831: I had a great experience as a patient and as a guest. Staff is amazing, super nice and caring. They work very hard at making the patient feel safe and comfortable. There is a large parking garage, with elevators. Charging stations for vehicles. There is a cafeteria with good food available. Peets coffee available too. Large dining area, with a outdoor patio with nice views of the airplanes coming and going. Waiting area does have outlets to plug in chargers etc. The hospital rooms are a good size, their is a sofa/bed a guest can sleep on. I suggest bringing extra pillows and blankets. The hospital bed and couch is very hard and caused us back pain. We brought a heating pad that heloed with the back discomfort. The rooms have their own temp control. Lowest temp is at 55 degrees if you enjoy it on the cooler side. Good size tv available with cable tv. There is Wifi available. Guests who stay overnight have the option of ordering room service for a $10fee. Or you can buy individually at the cafeteria. Open 7a-7pm.

Hoa Le, M.D. - San Mateo
Lavey Derby: The receptionist introduced herself, recognized me though I haven’t been in the office for eight months and gave me a warm welcome. The nurse answered my questions and made me very comfortable in the examination room. Dr. Le was her usual warm and thoughtful self. She examined me carefully, helped me get the medications I need for a trip, and gave me instructions on what I need to do to take care of my health while away. She is an excellent doctor.
Peninsula Pediatric Medical Group - San Mateo - San Mateo
Song Gao: We’re lucky to find this clinic! Dr. Yang has been extraordinary. She’s thorough, efficient, very patient, and amazingly responsive with our questions. It’s worth calling out that the communication has been super clear and informative. Dr. Yang is very good at explaining complex concepts in simple yet accurate language. I wish I were as good in communicating on my job. We’ve met other folks at the clinic too and they are all fantastic.
