5 /5 Stacie Horton: I visited on a weekend and was seen quickly, despite a full waiting room. I saw PA Michael Blackwell who did a chest x-ray to confirm that I had pneumonia and prescribed medication and did a follow up visit to confirm it was gone. He went above and beyond and tested me for Valley Fever. I have been there in the past for a UTI and they dispense the medication from the office. Its so hard to get into my primary care provider and I feel very re-assured to have Urgent Care of Atascadero there when I need them!

4 /5 Michele Duff: I walked in with a horrible ear ache. Even though I sat in a full waiting room for 50 minutes I was happily seen by the male PA/NP. He was professional and kind, he ordered me medication and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

1 /5 Samantha Green: Walked in to this clinic with an urgent appointment. The receptionist, a blonde gal, was super friendly, welcoming, and informative! She was the only redeeming quality of this place. It is immediately apparent that none of the other staff care about their patients. The medical assistant who prepped me for the clinician, Blackwell, was rude, demeaning, barked orders at me, and questioned if I was sure I filled out my paperwork correctly. As someone who has worked many years in a doctors office, I strive to be understanding but I was truly at a loss. The clinician made no attempt to show that he cared, didn’t ask any questions, or listen to my complaints. It was very evident that we were being shooed out the door. Again I will say that the receptionist was the only ray of sunshine in this office. Overall, I don’t think I would visit this clinic again for any health needs unless they retrain their entire medical staff on bedside manner and how to at least appear they care about your problems.

1 /5 Jessy: I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and got turned away because there was too many people in the waiting room. The reception person didn’t say a word to me when I came in, just stared at me until I said something. Then when I said I was extremely sick she said “I need to go ask if we can see you” then after about 5 minutes of listening to them all whisper in the back I got told I can come back in the morning. This place is and forever will be worthless. Clearly these people don’t actually care about patients, maybe change careers?
