5 /5 Jennifer Atkins: I went to the Urgent Care today yes the day after Christmas and it was so busy. It was about an hour’s wait but went smoothly! Monique was in front and was processing clients and answering phones with ease. She was always professional when speaking with customers and very apologetic when someone had been on hold for a time. She never skipped a beat and made the wait enjoyable.
JJ took me to the back and as with Monique she was processing clients with ease and in a friendly manner. Thank you both for making my time there easy to endure. The doctor was also fantastic! Here’s to feeling better soon!
