2 /5 Susie Bryan: Very friendly, but unfortunately not a good experience. They misdiagnosed the issue, then charged full price (several hundred) for the unnecessary work and parts. I expect to be overcharged, but this was pretty egregious. When I came to pick it up the second time, had to wait a half hour at the shop because the last person to drive it had left the lights on and drained the battery before setting it aside. Just an overall expensive and inconvenient experience.
