5 /5 C Boon: Needed a diagnostic for the Catalytic converter and Padillas diagnostic-rate was significantly less than the other places I called. Brought it in, didnt need an appointment, and Juan told me that he is pretty sure that it would be covered under warranty. Needed to wait a couple days for the dealership to get back to me and Padilla was nice enough to even let us leave our car on their property until we got an official response if it was covered or not. Turns out it was covered and Padilla saved us A LOT of $$$. I appreciated their honestly about the warranty, their kindness and availability to help, and their overall customer service was excellent. I will be taking my cars to them from now on and recommend them to anyone.
